屋企附近開咗呢間叉燒,同傳統燒味好唔同,有好多味道選擇,我就揀咗蒜味。打開嚇親,少到得一半,唔建議用咁大個兜裝咁少叉燒,會有期望落差。其實就真係完全唔係叉燒囉,柴咗啲之餘唔係叉燒嗰種質地同味道,蒜味ok幾香,見到好多蒜蓉。但係都幾油下,成個兜最底有1cm油,只可以話佢係一個燒豬排,兼超貴。。。要$85,最平嘅原味焦蜜味都要$80。成兜唔知有無半條叉燒,得350g,叫得「滿杯叉燒」,但係得半杯,想影張相都難。開到成行成市,會建議學下點整叉燒先lol continue reading
