有一種懷舊嘅感覺, 陽春麵嘅湯底望落濃郁不過味道卻比較淡, 而麵質偏軟, 整體一般。

呢度嘅炸饅頭送到時已經蘸咗煉奶, 無得自己狂蘸煉奶係有少少失望嘅, 而且亦令到個饅頭唔夠酥脆。

每次去銅鑼灣想食上海野既時候, 都會第一時間諗起滬揚川, 呢間小店應該幫襯左 8-10年, 每次去都會見到老闆仔坐係門口既收銀位, 玻璃門未推開時, 都會好習慣樹起手指向老闆仔示意幾位, 雖然佢唔會太熱情咁笑住, 但會完全 feel 到佢果種親切感, 可能去得多, 佢係認到人但無太大既表示 ! 有位的話佢就會叫我地坐邊張, 如果無就會好禮貌咁話等等, 一陣就有位, 因為係小店既關係, 客人通常都係食完就起身, 唔會好似一般食肆咁, D 人會坐係度傾計玩手機 ! 食物方面, 每次來都一定會叫既三樣就係醉雞 - 大大碟, 花雕味岩岩好, 而且係雪得好夠凍好入味 ! 第二樣一定叫既就係酸辣湯, 講真酸辣湯好多地方都有飲過, 但個人口味就覺得佢呢度既味道岩岩好, 唔會過酸過辣, 而且入面既材料非常足, 另外就係好夠熱 ! 食上海野當然唔少得既就係小籠包, 而呢樣亦係我必叫既一樣, 皮薄之餘, 入面既湯好好味, 完全係肉汁既精華, 但食果時真係要小心唔好淥親, 入面既湯係非常熱 ! 今次另外再加左個鱔糊粗炒, 好耐無食鱔糊, 佢呢度完全係洗得好乾淨, 而且係爆個黃鱔好香, 再加埋個汁, 上海粗麵

這天大家在銅鑼灣都饑腸轆轆,見到前方有間上海食店沒有多想便內進。入座之後我們每人點一客食物,沒有午市套餐及飲品,再加多一籠上海菜必食的小籠包分享。我點了一客排骨擔擔麵($52),炸過的排骨分開上菜。擔擔麵的湯底看樣子濃郁,但其實味道不算很濃,而讓人有點失望的是碗了還有一大堆完整、剛剛放下去的花生醬,即使我嘗試拌均也不太成功,以致花生味跟湯底分開了,味道總差一點。不過麵做的算是爽口,食起來不會太膩,要是麵煮得太淋配上跟花生醬拌不均的湯底就會變成一pat pat的了。排骨的件數有不少,肉質都是淋的,但全部排骨都沒有骨只有肉,再加上是炸的,食完都有點飽膩。即蒸的小籠包($48)要等一會才上菜。小籠包的外皮比較厚,吃下去有點粉的感覺,而肉餡正正常常,有少許肉汁流出。倘若要在這裡付$8食一粒小籠包我覺得不值,因為價錢相若、皮薄、多肉汁的小籠包也可以在其他餐廳找到。若你經過附近想找中菜餐廳或者快快用餐,都可以內進快食,但特意到來則免了。

即蒸的小籠包($48)要等一會才上菜。小籠包的外皮比較厚,吃下去有點粉的感覺,而肉餡正正常常,有少許肉汁流出。倘若要在這裡付$8食一粒小籠包我覺得不值,因為價錢相若、皮薄、多肉汁的小籠包也可以在其他餐廳找到。


若你經過附近想找中菜餐廳或者快快用餐,都可以內進快食,但特意到來則免了。

I heard from a friend that this place was manned by actual Shanghainese so decided to give it a try.  They served a very well balanced sweet sour soup - I didn't actually need to add any more vinegar to balance the sour out.I personally prefer the thin-skinned xiao lung bao more typically of the Taiwanese variety - but as it is a Shanghai place they did stick to their cuisine and server more traditional xiao lung bao with thicker skin - which was still tasty! I much prefer their pan-fried dumpli

I personally prefer the thin-skinned xiao lung bao more typically of the Taiwanese variety - but as it is a Shanghai place they did stick to their cuisine and server more traditional xiao lung bao with thicker skin - which was still tasty! 
I much prefer their pan-fried dumplings which were exceptionally juicy in the inside and had a slight crunch on the outside .... and more importantly it did not burn my mouth - served just in the right temperature!

The drunken chicken was a delight- although they did put a little too much wine to soak it, but overall it had a nice texture and the meat was not touch or overly chewy.  The downside was that this place does not seem to offer any desserts of any kind, so if you're looking for a redbean pancake then unfortunately they're a bit absent on this front.

不過味道就比較遜色,成碗野重點擔擔面湯底比較淡而無味,比較似鹽水湯底,肥蛋就唔太識欣賞
排骨都炸得唔夠香口,一般。唯一可取嘅係上海麵質都幾彈牙。



🔺仲有一樣挑剔係注意到有啲廚房員工竟然係第四波疫情爆發初期竟然冇佩戴口罩為客人準備食品!希望貴店可以注意一下衛生意識!

我叫左燻魚煨麵, 另外因為餐廳提供茶水, 所以無叫野飲。不過煨麵需要等既時間比較耐, 我見隔離枱遲過我落單, 佢地D菜都比我的煨麵更早上枱… 趕時間的話叫其他湯麵類既食物, 會比較快上枱。

煨麵同燻魚係分開碟上的, 都明白燻魚的汁如果撈埋落湯入面, 應該會令個湯變到好酸! 先講燻魚, 佢既份量真係好多! 有5大舊燻魚! 仲要舊舊都係魚肉, 絕無呃秤! 燻魚的汁係酸醋的味道, 但質地又唔稀, 而且帶有些微的甜味, 應該係落左糖去調和, 食落好開胃。燻魚的外皮較實, 內裡則較軟身, 我個人比較喜歡食口感教實的燻魚, 如果可以加長個處理時間, 應該會更好。不過美中不足既係D魚好多骨, 而且D骨好硬, 食既時候要好小心。


至於煨麵方面, 有好多菜, 我估計麵同菜既比例大概係1:1, 而且D菜係切到細細舊, 好易入口。麵身的粗幼度似米粉, 但比米粉軟身, 輕輕咬就會斷。另外就係成碗麵超大碗, 最後食到好飽都唔哂。

突然想食炸饅頭,在cwb搵到一間,近近地就入左黎。但好失望,炸到一半係金黃,另一半係白色,而且無煉奶,真係未見過。問staff有無煉奶,個態度好差,「無架,你食啦!」夾起個饅頭,油到不得了,食到喉嚨都唔太舒服。。。雖然係油炸,但之前喺其他地方食都無油到咁成個饅頭得朕油味。仲有叫左個上海年糕,年糕幾軟綿綿,但味道得個咸字,無乜其他味道,食完要飲返d茶先舒服d。環境還可以,但食物質素同服務態度咁樣,唔會再幫襯!

呢間餐廳開係橫街,唔算好顯眼。平日夜晚唔算多人,唔駛等位。酸辣湯好大碗,大約係二至三人份量。酸酸辣辣幾開胃,但太大碗飲唔哂。鱔糊炒粗面,一次過滿足想食鱔糊同想食粗面嘅兩個願望。鱔嘅份量幾多,幾足料。味道濃左少少,但老派上海菜好多時都係偏濃味。生煎鍋貼有六大隻,皮很脆而且厚薄適宜。啱啱煎起好熱,入面係有少少肉汁。凍豆漿係自家製,飲得出好香嘅豆味,冇渣。而家好多餐廳都係賣枝裝豆漿,自家製嘅真係賣少見少。有時我會覺得好多上海菜連鎖店價錢偏貴,菜式又稍為過於精緻。呢間餐廳平實得黎做得返記憶中老上海嘅味道,值得推薦。

生煎鍋貼有六大隻,皮很脆而且厚薄適宜。啱啱煎起好熱,入面係有少少肉汁。

凍豆漿係自家製,飲得出好香嘅豆味,冇渣。而家好多餐廳都係賣枝裝豆漿,自家製嘅真係賣少見少。

有時我會覺得好多上海菜連鎖店價錢偏貴,菜式又稍為過於精緻。呢間餐廳平實得黎做得返記憶中老上海嘅味道,值得推薦。

上海小籠包 (6隻)
一上枱熱辣辣,小籠包既外皮厚度適中,入面既餡料非常豐富飽滿,滿滿既肉餡,咬落去有肉汁流出來,一口一隻,美味非常。

上海煎煱貼 (8隻)
每一隻煱貼都包得好靚,賣相吸引,size 大大隻,脹卜卜,入面既豬肉餡好多好足夠,亦好好味,煎得底部微脆。

上海炒年糕
一整碟份量不少,有大白菜和豬肉絲一齊炒,醬汁味道濃郁,年糕亦炒得非常煙韌,味道惹味好食。

兩個人食4樣野都係花左二百蚊左右,已經非常飽肚,以銅鑼灣呢區來講,價格實在親民,真心抵食之選,值得推薦!!~
