同埋可能佢地做午市多 我夜晚黎得一個收銀 冇樓面 問佢拎茶飲都叫我自便 自己去邊到拎 可能此終係銅鑼灣近時代 咁既質素太過差

Braised Eggplant with Soybean Sauce ($68). We didn't expect the serving size to be this big so I ended up taking this home to have for lunch at work the next day. I mixed it with some vermicelli and it was awesome. Taste was pretty good. Not too salty. Eggplant was soft and there was plenty of minced pork.

Pork and Vegetable Wonton Soup Noodles ($40). Size portion was again pretty big. I couldn't finish it. It seemed like I was forever eating this bowl of noodles without seeing an ending. Wontons were pretty big and filling was juicy. Soup was light tasting. The noodles were nice and chewy.

Will return again to try other dishes such as xiao lung bao. I saw the couple across from us order that and it looked pretty decent. Prices not expensive as all this came out to $170. Portion size generous. Service was rushed but this isn't a fancy type of place so it was ok. You pay at the cashier and there is no service charge. Will be back.

夜了,餓了~ 快速點了牛展、小籠包和鱔糊粗炒~牛展厚切但不會韌,滷得夠入味,蘸點伴隨的醋汁同吃,更覺滋味開胃 小籠包一籠六隻,當然是要趁熱吃,湯汁夠肉質鮮,可惜皮偏厚,若然能略為搓薄一點兒會更好~鱔糊粗炒是以一般粗炒作底,面上舖上鱔糊,由客人自行拌勻來吃~ 鱔肉份量不少,肉質夠粗夠爽,鱔糊汁醬亦剛好能沾上每條麵條,不會過稀或過稠,不會如一淌漿糊那樣子~ 粗炒麵條軟硬度亦剛好~ 如果能換上年糕來炒就好了 原本還想多叫一兩款小吃的,但胃子還是太小了,容不下~ 唯有下次再來嚐別的~

不辣,不硬,要食雞丁就會是醬爆雞丁,滬的做法,而且說明了是醬爆,一定會是色澤深厚而味道濃郁的一個上海口味。結果,出來的並不如事,醬爆得黎的味道不是一味的濃,而是有豆香的醬爆,而且沒有過份依靠黑油來著色,淺啡色的觀感是來自味道濃郁的豆醬,是真真正正的醬爆。

生炒骨也見得很有功架,皮脆,肉帶軟骨,而且甜酸度均勻適中,炒得非常出色,另外就是糖醋汁的味道沒有蓋走肉香味,而且這一個生炒骨的確能食到同咕嚕肉不同之處,而這一個不同就是味道,生炒骨的味道是偏向甜的,酸只是醋的味道,甜為主酸為次,之前我說的均勻好似前言不對後語,原因這一個均勻度不是 50:50 的比重。

這裡的小籠包有6只,賣相不吸引, 皮無光澤而且不是飽滿 (看出沒有太多肉汁)。
一咬去, 皮厚,皮無彈性,肉餡肉味不足不鮮甜,而且湯汁不足。無驚喜之普通貨色。

鱔煳擔擔麵
比起醉雞及小籠包, 這個算是ok。

下次都係去番 翡翠, 滬江 呢d 去開的上海店比較放心

本來想去Fiat Caffé catch a bite才去看電影,但餐廳十二時多已人滿為患,所以唯有退而求其次,到轉角間的滬揚川吃上海菜。 自從上海回來後就對香港的滬館子起了戒心,始終上海那濃油赤醬的滋味不是人人接受,要在香港維持生計,妥協味道無可避免。所以回港後也少了吃上海菜,和我少吃日本菜是同一道理。在無甚選擇的情況下,還是到了滬揚川吃午餐。這裏不設套餐,單點的都是普通上海小菜麵飯。我們走得滿身是汗,所以立即點了冰豆漿來解渴,豆香不俗,雪至凍入心屝,不過稍嫌甜了少許。 這天不點頭盤,只來客酸辣湯。沒了惱人的豬紅,卻換上奇怪的豬皮。味道不酸不辣,唯一可取是材料口感豐富,當是醒胃小點吧。 麵條分別有放湯的牛肉湯麵和乾身的鱔糊炒麵,幼粗麵都吃齊了.牛肉湯麵的麵條煮得極稔,稔到我以為自己點的是會麵,但味道又不及會麵那麼濃郁,總之就是好難食;加上極韌又無味的牛肉乾,這碗牛肉湯麵真的難食到打冷震! 但其貌不揚的鱔糊炒麵卻滿有驚喜.粗麵條吸收了鱔糊的深濃醬汁,卻不會太油膩,麵條的煙韌度亦剛好,和滑溜的鱔條成一口感上的反比,感覺不俗.只是鱔肉始終不算鮮嫩,吃下去光有彈爽,卻沒如在上海吃過的鮮甜般感

自從上海回來後就對香港的滬館子起了戒心,始終上海那濃油赤醬的滋味不是人人接受,要在香港維持生計,妥協味道無可避免。所以回港後也少了吃上海菜,和我少吃日本菜是同一道理。

這天不點頭盤,只來客酸辣湯。沒了惱人的豬紅,卻換上奇怪的豬皮。味道不酸不辣,唯一可取是材料口感豐富,當是醒胃小點吧。

麵條分別有放湯的牛肉湯麵和乾身的鱔糊炒麵,幼粗麵都吃齊了.牛肉湯麵的麵條煮得極稔,稔到我以為自己點的是會麵,但味道又不及會麵那麼濃郁,總之就是好難食;加上極韌又無味的牛肉乾,這碗牛肉湯麵真的難食到打冷震!

但其貌不揚的鱔糊炒麵卻滿有驚喜.粗麵條吸收了鱔糊的深濃醬汁,卻不會太油膩,麵條的煙韌度亦剛好,和滑溜的鱔條成一口感上的反比,感覺不俗.只是鱔肉始終不算鮮嫩,吃下去光有彈爽,卻沒如在上海吃過的鮮甜般感動.但整體來說,是相當美味的.

吃飯不可無綠葉,上海菜館當然有小棠菜和百頁.這天的棠菜相當清甜無渣,輕輕一煮已經鮮甜無比;但百頁名副其實的達成一塊,味道雖還可,但賣相絕對是差.但念在棠菜夠爽甜,還是給它過骨吧.

最後的是小籠包,說來也好笑,這回去上海只吃了一次小籠包,而且感覺還不過一般,也許香港和上海人對何謂好的小籠有不同看法吧!但這裡的小籠則是無論誰也不會喜歡,一來皮毫無彈性光澤又厚,二來肉餡不鮮不甜,三來湯汁不足,整體就是雖能入口,亦無驚喜之普通貨色,是點大量醋亦無味的無可救藥.

點了六款東西,普遍質素平平,就連渣甸坊一帶的上海菜館都比它好一點點,下次上海菜癮起,也知該找誰幫忙滿足了吧.

N年前幫襯過,印象係幾抵食,水準還可以,同埋人通常都唔多,唔洗等,估唔到今次黎幫襯, 水準可以跌watt得咁緊要。係點菜過程,聽見唔少人都叫粗炒,睇黎應該幾唔錯,就要碟,其他就要左小寵包、海哲同醉雞。醉雞,酒明顯係上枱前淋上去,揸車既真係要小心,食完吹波仔隨時超標,講返雞,淡淡既酒味搭有既係淡淡既雪味,雞雪到有點硬,亦唔多嫩滑,食左兩舊就放棄既一碟。海哲,爽爽的,只要用上似樣少少既麻油,味道唔會差得去邊,這裡的還可以。粗炒,麵條碎碎的,而家食上海粗炒蓉咩,麵食落亦係粉粉的,究竟係咩麵條,平時係街市買D上海粗麵自己整都唔會係咁樣。平時係唔同地方食上海粗炒,醬油味應該都係重點,這裡只有其色而無其味,真係唔收貨。小籠包,皮粗粗的,當然唔係要好薄皮,不過真係似乎厚左D,餡幾多肉汁,不過唔係太有肉味,很一般既小籠包。凍豆漿少少甜,豆香就一般,亦未算凍。整體食物水準真係below average,係唔收貨的一餐。

之前晚飯時間經過幾次都見冇咩人, 但環境都幾OK, 今晚於是嚟試下.去到同之前一樣, 都係得幾檯, 因為第一次嚟, 睇MENU時間比較耐, 唔夠5分鐘, 已經有人嚟問食咩, 我哋咪話再睇下先囉, 點知唔夠一陣, 另一個又嚟, 又話叫住先又咁又咁, 真係火都嚟, 要叫嘢就會叫你啦, 成間舖得幾張檯有客, 催咩嗟.好啦, 先點諗好果幾樣, 點完連MENU都拎走埋, 問都唔問你仲有咩要, 激氣到間直想即刻走!似後唔會再嚟囉, 啲嘢又唔係好食, 條氣頂住食龍肉都冇味啦!!

今日返完教會同女朋友去銅鑼灣行街街真係諗唔到食咩好...求其入左黎食上海野又幾好食喎我叫左個燻魚燴麵佢叫左個排骨擔擔麵再叫左個沙鍋雲吞雞燻魚好好食啊好難得搵到唔係太甜而又有魚味既燻魚而且亦冇好乾好霉既口感好食好食排骨冇咩特別炸皮薄但冇咩肉汁嚴格黎講 麻麻地沙鍋雲吞雞幾OK湯好清 好香雞味雲吞皮薄餡靚係雞唔多入味 寡左D其實成餐都幾好食不過有一段小播曲女朋友食左啖擔擔麵,臉色一變我再試一啖...嗯...就同佢換左黎食其實冇咩問題既,不過佢唔鐘意咁濃姐擔擔麵好濃味,上面合理地加左少少炸菜值得一題既係好濃郁既花生味但係其實我唔係好鐘意花生既不過.....錫妳吖嘛

嚴格黎講 麻麻地

沙鍋雲吞雞幾OK
湯好清 好香雞味
雲吞皮薄餡靚
係雞唔多入味 寡左D

其實成餐都幾好食

不過有一段小播曲
女朋友食左啖擔擔麵,臉色一變
我再試一啖...嗯...就同佢換左黎食
其實冇咩問題既,不過佢唔鐘意咁濃姐
擔擔麵好濃味,上面合理地加左少少炸菜
值得一題既係好濃郁既花生味
但係其實我唔係好鐘意花生既
