💁🏻‍♀️又黎到一個月介紹一次好西系列,今次餐廳係銅鑼灣耀華街百樂中心胡爐,係尖沙咀都有分店,裝修環境古色古香,食物擺盤都注意美觀,睇得又有內涵!其中招牌湯底「龍蝦濃湯」和「椰⼦雞湯」店員都好推介,今次先試龍蝦湯底🦞💁🏻‍♀️ 牛肉脂肪平均,口感滑嫩,豚肉肉質細嫩、味道香溢,肉丸口味眾多,有牛骨濃味牛丸、炸菜牛丸、貢丸、豬肉丸,最喜愛牛丸,好多肉汁,好爽彈💁🏻‍♀️手工餃同樣出色,其中黑松露蟹肉餃真係好好味☺️一份雖然唔平,但粒粒麵好飽滿,咬開好香黑松露味,蟹肉份量都好多,兩者幾夾,另外手工雲吞都係主打之一,堅持每日製造,脆卜卜滿滿鮮蝦肉餡 continue reading
