深夜元朗收工經過球場,聞到遠處傳來陣陣燒烤的味道,果時極度餓的身軀追隨著味道來到小店門口,外觀不起眼,內裡裝潢卻很本土,餐牌和菜名用了很多鬼馬的語句來呈現,食客氛圍很有居酒屋的感覺,於是坐底再慢慢了解佢嘅底蘊。小店的菜單兼顧了想食正餐或飲酒消遣的人士,所以我點了幾款串燒和主食。厚切牛舌調味香口惹味,牛舌肉厚軟淋。燒鱔肉厚皮略脆帶點煙韌,新鮮有彈性。燒五花腩外皮沾滿了調味,吃下外乾身內有肉汁,重點脂肪皮很夾彈,很好咬口。燒菠蘿充滿汁液,經燒烤後特別鮮甜。金湯娃娃菜湯汁是充滿蒜香之餘略帶芫荽味,每條娃娃菜都索滿湯汁,吃下鮮味滿極帶有菜甜雞蛋刮刮腸很有驚喜,粉漿與雞蛋完全混合,蒸成腸粉一點不覺得鞋和硬,而且仲好夠滑和彈性,加上調得剛好的豉油,吃下有腸粉的口感,味道有濃濃的蛋香,甜鹹恰到好處的豉油,令成件事錦上添花養生菊花茶濃濃的菊花味已證明真才實料,沒有加糖,消熱一流小店服務員態度一流,串燒會用熱盤盛載,令串燒保燒熱度,很窩心。

很有驚喜,粉漿與雞蛋完全混合,蒸成腸粉一點不覺得鞋和硬,而且仲好夠滑和彈性,加上調得剛好的豉油,吃下有腸粉的口感,味道有濃濃的蛋香,甜鹹恰到好處的豉油,令成件事錦上添花

濃濃的菊花味已證明真才實料,沒有加糖,消熱一流

小店服務員態度一流,串燒會用熱盤盛載,令串燒保燒熱度,很窩心。
