放工後到太古城附近食晚飯在TVB做節目教觀衆煮小菜的名廚經營見門面不錯又不用等位便試試看誰不知這是惡夢的開始2人餐本來已經不算便宜。但想著私房菜應該不錯。但結論並非如此。首先我們點了二人餐。湯先上桌。今天晚上只有一款湯…無味精椰子雞湯(忘記拍照了)。第一口已經覺得非常咸,喝過第二口已經再喝不下。於是要求店員更換,店員說重新做一煲新的湯,誰不知只是在舊湯裡加了水。依然一樣的咸。於是店員說改換飲品給我們。左) 杭菊蜜薑茶. 右) 杭菊蜜茶這兩杯茶也算不錯,甜度適中。但我是來吃晚飯還是來飲料的?香糟醉豬手質感是尚好,爽口彈牙。酒的味道不夠。我吃的兩件豬手均有毛在皮上。不是一兩條,而是吃得整口也是毛金不換沙嗲黃金蝦 (另加48)蝦肉新鮮爽口,但醬汁卻一般。沙嗲跟咸蛋黃的味道不合。荷香胡椒雞(這是第二次上桌才拍的)一上桌雞肉全是血紅色。骨頭還在沉血。(沒有拍照,店員立即拿回廚房再加熱)加熱後,還有輕微血紅色,但可接受。嚐一口,雞肉只有鹽的咸味,沒有餐牌所說的胡椒味。吃第二件的時候。雞肉有奇怪的酸叔味。又立刻向店員說。店員態度開始不耐煩,可能因為我們提岀太多不滿。一名店員並沒有穿制服過來協助我們,並說這隻雞今天才殺的,是不會有怪味的。我們要求他嗅嗅看,他不嗅,並以不耐煩的語氣說“我幫你拿走這個小菜,你再點另外一個小菜吧!”老子已經吃得很不耐煩非常不滿意更對這店的小菜不再抱有信心。於是便點了一個最安全的小菜海味什菜煲。但有生怕他們的海味會有問題。於是要求不要海味。只要菜。起初上菜時。我們兩人,他只給我們一雙筷子。那碗子是他剛剛拾剩的。我們要求下才給我們筷子和碗。煲子的蓋尚熱,上菜員沒有幫我們拿開,於是老子親自岀馬,自己拿開那買熱辣辣的蓋子。另一位店員見老子在拿開蓋子才幫忙。老子已經拿開了,不用你幫了好嗎?海味什菜煲 (沒有海味版,因本人要求)青菜也很難煮得不好吃吧。所以味道還好。就是菜的味道呀。只是有點咸罷了。結帳二人$359。食品難吃,服務差,價錢貴,難怪不用等位了。建議大家千萬不要嘗試。老子一般也不會打食評的。但因為真的是太難吃了,於是忍受不住一定要告訴大家這家店不值一試。名廚又如何,菜做岀是難吃便是難吃,名人也不過如此 continue reading

食物還不錯,但很久沒有光顧過這麼差服務的餐廳,其他員工雖也沒笑容,但整體上還算可以。唯獨其中一位戴眼鏡臉長長,負責接待的男員工的服務態度真的很差很差得差,這樣的經驗,就算食物及價錢不錯,也不會再光顧。 continue reading

平生第一次享用私房菜,全餐最具特色的莫過於相中的肉鬆豆腐,豆腐的刀工最考功夫,2mm厚度令人吃驚,當中的醬汁與冰涼的豆腐融合簡直是絕配。而相中的拼盤更是炸得相當惹味,肉骨咬下去都是佈滿肉汁的,確是美味非常。荷葉飯內的用料充足,每粒飯都充滿荷葉香味,其中最令人難忘的是餐後的香橙雪糕,是由廚師親自製作的,奶味與香橙味相互配合叫人無法拒絕⋯⋯最讚的是廚師更細心的將雪糕杯雪凍令到雪糕不至於在杯內融化⋯⋯ continue reading
