因爲疫情已經好耐無出過去食飯,而家食肆開始正常即刻同個同事去打邊爐!而家餐廳轉左用手機掃描二維碼落單,方便之餘又環保。餐廳而家做緊午市湯底免費,我地叫左麻辣同番茄湯底。麻辣湯底的辣度可以自己選擇,我選擇了小辣,因爲小辣的辣度都已經好出!湯底辣而不太麻,非常過廳,番茄湯濃郁香甜。桂花蚌口感嫩滑爽脆,味道鮮甜!令人一試上癮。墨魚滑: 爽滑彈牙,面頭加上蟹籽!食落去令口感更添咬口及層次。鮑魚已經去殼方便客人食用,餐廳的鮑魚厚肉爽身且肉质细嫩,鮮甜味明顯!另外我們還點了打邊爐必食的豬,蟹柳,菜籃及烏冬等等,非常滿足。

曉宇苕粉:呢款苕粉質感好似薯粉咁,煙韌蛋牙,同麻辣湯底即係人間絕配,不過唔食得辣嘅人就未必頂得住,因為佢真係會盡吸湯底嘅精華~但係鍾意食辣嘅人,絕對會對呢一個粉讚不絕口。

身為火鍋達人,香港好味嘅麻辣火鍋其實唔多,但呢間係會令我不停地推介俾朋友,所以點都要寫篇文黎讚下。首先佢有得點半份食材,所以我經常同男朋友兩個人黎食火鍋,都唔會食唔晒,仲可以點多幾樣野,而且呢度環境好乾淨,唔會食完成身火鍋味,抽風做得好好。餐前會送碗糖水,都好足料又好味。我通常會叫鴛鴦鍋,太辣的話可以食返唔辣嗰邊,上次試咗皮蛋芫荽喎,今次就是菌鍋,兩款都唔錯,但當然麻辣係我心頭好。佢經常會有唔同嘅時令食材,今次嚟有聖子同珍珠蚌,學識前者賣晒,後者非常新鮮,叫伴粉份量都幾足,口感好爽脆,唔唔會好吸油,感覺唔肥haha而我每次必嗌嘅係黃喉同鵝腸,兩樣都係啲爽爽脆脆嘅食材,雖然係內臟,但洗得好乾淨,冇怪味,唔使點調味都食唔停口。肥牛同酥肉就係男朋友嘅至愛,睇碟牛嘅花紋就知靚野,佢一個人都食咗一碟,而酥肉就係唔使淥嘅,唔脆但酥香,等食嘅時候不知不覺就會清楚一點,入邊有小小麻辣嘅調味,好似香港好少食到。再叫咗啲蔬菜萵筍寬粉蓮藕就飽曬囉,我見隔離枱食緊一人鍋,好似幾平下,等我下次都試吓先。

難得同事終於可以出街食野啦,終是我們便去了打麻辣火鍋。這間火鍋店不是第一次吃了,這裡環境舒適,而且還會提供圍裙,咁就不怕彈到湯汁在身上。最大的重點是火鍋配料可以點半份,兩個人吃的時候就可以吃多幾款,而且下午時段來吃湯底還會免費呢!麻辣大紅鍋拼蕃茄湯底,麻辣湯點了小辣,麻香和辣度都剛剛好,辣得過癒。而蕃茄湯底內有蕃茄和金菇,酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。黑豚腩肉,因為同事不吃牛,所以點了這款黑豚肉,油脂都很多,令肉質較鬆軟,豬肉味都幾濃。桂花蚌,打邊爐一定會點桂花蚌吃,這裡的桂花蚌新鮮又爽口,配上麻辣湯更惹味!手打蝦滑,蝦滑很爽口,蝦味濃郁,十分美味!田園菜籃,這個菜籃包括有唐生菜、西洋菜、蓎萵、金菇,放入蕃茄湯內特別鮮甜。稻庭烏冬,口感煙韌,放進辣湯或蕃茄湯也能吸了湯的味道,十分惹味!這間餐廳絕對值得再來!

疫情下也要好好過日常,所以防疫措施不能少,包括選人少,枱距離遠點的食市。就是這家了。特別是我選擇了中午吃麻辣鍋,所以人是比較少,2人用餐,職員給一張6人枱,寬寬的桌面可以放很多火鍋料啊。客人的質素也很高,附近的朋友聚會也不太嘈。食物質素有水准,鍋底很足料,芫茜皮蛋湯就有2-3隻皮蛋,味道還不錯的,有馬蹄去熱氣。主角麻辣湯選了小麻小辣,對不太能吃辣的我是還可以的,後勁很猛。但食點辣更能提升食材的味道。越食越想食。服務周到。

每次去銅鑼灣都會忍不住想去食呢個麻辣!!除左因爲好味道之外,第二個原因就係好抵食!!午市的湯底都係免費的,即使叫鴛鴦鍋底都唔使加錢。麻辣湯就唔使講la!!味道正宗又辣得過癮,每次都地必點的。而家餐廳仲可以比顧客調教辣度。而豬骨湯就令我非常驚喜,首先豬骨湯味道清新鮮甜,應該用左不少材料去煲!大大舊的豬骨令湯頭充滿膠完蛋白。而其他的配料一如既往的新鮮,翠綠。而且還有紅棗雪耳糖水贈送,叫左感多野食,埋單都係每人100蚊左右。真係平令正啊。
