是日三五知己去新斗記食晚飯,第一次試呢間店,聞說他們的火山石乳豬榮獲米芝蓮的星級菜!我當然要試下!果然名不虛傳!皮夠脆亦夠薄,而且他們將乳豬肉與皮中間之肥膏切除,咁當你食既時候就不會感到滿囗油!另外我還試了豉椒蟶子皇,原來可加辣的!真的是蟶子皇,很大隻,又夠新鮮爽囗。好味。還有試了生炒沽嚕肉,味不太酸而且肉也不會過肥,脆槳亦不會太厚,總括來說,食物有質數,雖然價錢比我預期中高,但吃后亦覺得物有所值!值得推薦亦會再去品嘗其他菜式。

本身今天想開開心心食的母親節飯,首先乳豬是必食的,超級脆皮乳豬簡直一流,服務員拎黎途中已經聞到香味,一上枱已經比佢賣相吸引了,皮脆又薄,又不油膩,一咬落去,十分松化,而且帶有肉汁,不用點醬也超級野味。另外乳鴿也好香,肉有如18歲的少女肌膚,又香又滑,肥瘦適中。最後我問個黑衫女人有無甜品食?佢話只有芒果布丁和馬豆糕,我叫了3個芒果布丁,跟住有一個屋企人想換馬豆糕,佢話無得換,但碗甜品落枱不到3分鐘。然後我問佢送的嗎?佢話不是,之後我叫佢拿餐牌來看,因為我好肯定餐牌上根本沒有芒果布丁和馬豆糕價錢,簡直是欺騙客人,最终經理幫我們取消一個甜品,個黑衫女人總要在旁邊講送只有红豆沙之嘛,怎會送芒果布丁呢?為什麼我問佢時佢沒有詳盡的告訴我??😠😠😠😠😠劉德華如果在場的話,一定過來說一句[今時今日咁嘅服務態度係唔得㗎啦!😡😡😡😡😡

We came here for the second time, but were disappointed because the food quality had been deteriorating or not worth the price. For example, the oyster pot, we had only 4 pcs of oysters (1 was large and the other 3 were of average size) which cost us $200. Too expensive to afford.The signature dish pig was also very disappointing as the dish was not hot at all, the meat was not of no taste.It was difficult to find good cantonese cuisine, no wonder why Hong Kong people prefer Japanese food, Korea

It was difficult to find good cantonese cuisine, no wonder why Hong Kong people prefer Japanese food, Korean food or cusine from other countries which were found more distinctive and special to stand out from the crowd.

We went there because of the food commentaries from Open Rice and magazine's recommendations of its Michele's rating. We are lucky that we could book a table on the 2nd day of CNY at 6:00 pm, but we needed to leave by 8:00 pm. It was okay because we could walk to TST to watch the fireworks.The venue inside was good despite of its location on the ground floor, it would be better if its lighting could be brighter. 栗米斑塊~同出面中菜唔同既地方係佢分開用另一個碗裝住D汁,食既時候先加上去,
可以保持魚塊脆卜卜,又唔會淋哂~YUMMY~D粟米汁重可以送飯tim~


薑蔥鮑魚煲,侍應上菜時,個煲還熱熱的,吱吱聲,炒了幾下,薑蔥既香味配上大大隻既鮑魚,
JUICY又惹味~

最後點了一個清炒菜心~
難得與知己良朋共餐,今餐總算沒失望~

我們一行 4 人 , 當晚去了食宵夜 , 都有半年冇去 , 再去試下 , 點知 當晚 11 點幾到 , 全場只有一半客人左右 , 我們選了卡位坐 , 開始時完全沒有問題 .我們要了 : 半隻乳豬 + 半隻燒鵝 + 蝦子柚皮 + 豬腳仔 + 粟米班塊 + 啤酒 乳豬  , 出來時是凍 , 我們即時叫經理來 , 佢地出名是即燒 , 脆皮 , 但乳豬是凍 ......... , 最後佢都換果隻來 .燒鵝又係凍 , d 肥油係白色 , 鵝皮還可以 蝦子柚皮 , 還可以 , 不還少得離奇 , 只有兩片 (2吋 x 4吋) 左右 , 又薄到死 , 蝦子又少 , 只係味道 ok .豬腳仔係唯一好食 粟米班塊 , 班塊又係凍 , 粟米汁又冇咪 成晚食野 , 冇人理我們 , 加茶叫人都唔采 , 以往啤酒都時時問要不要多枝 , 當晚一次都冇問 , 唔知係咪投訴過乳豬唔得

 , 出來時是凍 , 我們即時叫經理來 , 佢地出名是即燒 , 脆皮 , 但乳豬是凍 ......... , 最後佢都換果隻來 .

燒鵝又係凍
, d 肥油係白色 , 鵝皮還可以

蝦子柚皮 , 還可以 , 不還少得離奇 , 只有兩片 (2吋 x 4吋) 左右 , 又薄到死
, 蝦子又少
, 只係味道 ok .

再度來「夜半輕撕乳」,絕對是為金牌乳豬而來。全日免開瓶費,也是我喜愛此餐廳的另一原因。我們這天由白酒開始,飲勝!冷盤青瓜可以再拍爛些及入味D,就是這樣。豉油皇炒鵝腸,豉油夠香,且炒得入味,每次來都必吃。椒鹽豆腐則普通普通,不夠熱,可以 skip,無損失。不用多介紹,粟米石斑塊,用新鮮蘇眉斑塊撲薄粉炸至酥脆,肉質厚實,跟茨汁分開上,以確保醬汁不會弄濕炸魚的脆皮口感,依舊好吃。招牌即燒乳豬,芝麻皮仍然燒得好,每塊都脆卜卜,大家都像餓了兩日一樣,一窩蜂地搶著皮來吃。剩下的乳豬頭我們都不放過呢。椒鹽鮮魷,合格的,比豆腐好,也好下酒。半肥瘦蜜汁叉燒也是做得不俗的,值得一試。咕嚕肉不過不失,汁料弄得太糊口了。魚片炆米粉,可點辣椒醬吃,惹味。另一道燕飯就令人失望差,隻花蟹太細小了吧?!不鮮又無味,有改善空間呢。
