多年前朋友推介試下荃灣工廠既餅店，話有好多隱世民間高手，機緣巧合下試左Y2Cake 既拿破崙蛋糕，真係返唔到轉頭，餅皮夠酥脆，吉士好香甜，用料唔求其，會用當造新鮮水果，食落完全無油膩感，大人細路都好鍾意食！幾年前開始已經有得訂制字形造型，收到實物時真係覺得好靚，加埋色彩繽紛既鮮花，色香味俱全之餘，生日打卡一流！雖然坊間都其他可自訂字形既店舖，但餅底質素參差，唔係間間都好似Y2Cake 用心製作同性格比高。 continue reading
