老婆有時都會叫下我買宵夜佢食不過都係食吐司,佢話d 茶都幾好,今日行街我就話我成日買但冇食過,見到cb 有咪食下囉,點了叻沙蝦麵,我食一囗就覺得中伏,有兩隻蝦完全冇味,湯底又淡,D麵又唔入味😔,仲要$42 一個好唔抵食(惠康有隻叻沙$20包左右好好食,自己煮仲好),講真D茶去蘭芳園好飲十倍,真係冇下次!

黎亞坤食完全係一場巧合,
去到銅鑼灣成日都唔知食乜好..

仲有點左亞坤最出名既kaya餐,
我點既係有花生醬,
包兩隻糖心蛋同一杯野飲。

個Kaya真係好香好脆,
不過好膩好甜,
其實係好食,但唔食得多!
個糖心蛋真係不得了,
男友教要落豉油再成隻啪入口,
真係好食喎!

唔睇番食家們既食評都唔知亞坤咁多負評,
但其實我覺得佢既價位同食物、服務算係岩比例,

對於亞坤,小妹看過訪問,老闆是因為覺得香港人喜歡食! 享受出外約朋友相,特意來港設分店! 他指因為新加坡人大多喜歡回家吃飯,所以香港分店更比新加坡的大,他想把正宗新加坡美味帶入來香港! 看過了訪問,我有點被他的滿腔熱忱感動!於是就到銅鑼灣新店試試。店內面積5,000呎、共有兩層,以淡色佈置,環境舒適。人流蠻多,眼見付錢的長龍常在,生意算不錯。我們叫了2個招牌菜♥咖哩喇沙蝦麵♥ + ♥新加坡雞肉飯♥ + ♥ 招牌凍奶茶♥ ,先說叫餐,不知是否因為我是試食,餐包一杯 ,而這裡的 真的只是指==>招牌咖啡、奶茶,而沒有檸檬茶,看看餐牌,原來亞坤出名咖啡、奶茶,OK~最後我選了招牌凍奶茶! 肚子打鼓,急不及待喝一口冰凍奶茶! 嘩! 第一啖,爽!!!冰凍無比;再來第2啖,冰感非常。。。。第3、4、5。。。啖,怎麼都是冰味。。。/__\ 看看杯面冰太大塊、放太多了,茶味根本不夠。喝不出奶茶之茶香精髓呢,只有淡淡的奶味。

再等多大慨5,6分鐘,餐,終於到。。。

先說♥咖哩喇沙蝦麵♥,看似重口味,先嘗咖哩喇沙湯汁,味不是十分濃。喇沙蝦麵上有2隻蝦,3,4塊魚片,豆腐乾同 2隻開邊蛋。蝦肉算大隻,但材料不是十分入汁,喇沙湯汁偏淡,而麵條口感特別,類瀨粉。 算不過不失。

而♥新加坡雞肉飯♥,應該是新加坡的海南雞飯吧! 賣樣很豐富,未吃時看到很滿足,小妹是海南雞飯忠實粉師,很難不以它跟泰國的海南雞比下去。先試試飯味,眼看是淡黃色,滿口歡喜會有點雞油香味,但嘗了嘗有點失望,其實只比白飯味濃少許。而雞肉,值得一讚的是雞肉全是無骨,吃得暢快,特別是女士,不用介意儀態問題! 而雞味來說...........雞肉超滑,可惜就是少了一份海南雞味/_\ ,能滋味地把整個餐吃完,全賴那碟蔥蓉,辣醬!!! 沾了之後好味百倍。

如果你問我這個♥新加坡雞肉飯♥ 如何...? 如果它以白切滑雞飯的身份上桌的話,我會給予相當高的評價,因為精髓在於醬料,但若然它以新加坡的海南雞飯的身份上桌,真對不起,重口味的我,覺得真的太淡..not my cup of tea..!

最後,給餐館一個小小意見,我很欣賞你們把正宗新加坡美味帶入來港這熱忱,但香港畢業是速食文化,儘管是假日空閒,性子急開了,很難慢下來。希望可以節奏明快一點,我知道新加坡的口味可以較淡,但香港人多喜愛入味的美食,口感不需要太濃,但必定要入味! 希望能做到不單靠醬料亦吃出食物本身的鮮味。最後小妹愚見認為,食物的熱度非常非常重要,不知是否因為出餐速度問題影響了食物的熱度,如果♥新加坡雞肉飯♥ 的雞肉和飯能熱一點更好。

話我家人看到團購, 以新加坡食物來說算是便宜, 所以買了此團購試食, 敗在買之前忘了看食評, 又中伏一來到看到桌子跟沙發椅都超矮已經不太舒服, 店舖不大, 有2,3個服務員, 但桌面還有其他客人剩下的垃圾, 好像不太ok耶? 我點的是咖哩雞麵, 咖哩味不算濃, 只有少許辣味, 配上油麵, 完全不搭, 急凍雪藏雞翼, 又"鞋"又硬, 一點也不入味, 吃起來很困難, 相信一定要用手才能為它拆骨, 可惜此店連餐巾也沒有提供, 不想用手的情況下, 就放棄了大半的雞翼了, 不過也不好吃就是啦團購餐配的吐司忘了拍, 我點的是奶油糖吐司, 深啡色的麵包烘到很硬很脆, 但不夠熱, 所以牛油完全不溶, 幸好牛油也不算太凍太硬, 不然中間一塊牛油夾著, 吃到中間會有點"溜", 雖然這樣的做法好像挺"新穎", 但我也不覺得這樣有多好吃, 茶餐廳配的吐司還比較好吃呢, 也許我不懂欣賞新加坡食物吧?我點的是凍奶茶, 偏甜了點, 但整體還好另一份家人點的是咖哩叻沙蝦麵配花生醬吐司加熱奶茶湯頭比我的多了一重奶味, 比較容易入口, 味道不錯, 可惜配的瀨粉就實在不配了, 配上米粉之類的幼麵會比較好, 油麵、瀨粉這些粉

我點的是凍奶茶, 偏甜了點, 但整體還好

另一份家人點的是咖哩叻沙蝦麵配花生醬吐司加熱奶茶

湯頭比我的多了一重奶味, 比較容易入口, 味道不錯, 可惜配的瀨粉就實在不配了, 配上米粉之類的幼麵會比較好, 油麵、瀨粉這些粉麵類不太"索"到湯汁 (而且也煮的不到火候, 如果麵身煮"林"些會比較容易"索"湯啦), 所以跟湯頭有點格格不入, 其實蝦都好像沒有蝦味, 也許肉類海鮮們都是急凍雪藏的吧?不過整體我覺得叻沙比我點的咖哩雞麵好

吐司淡淡的有吃到花生醬味, 但見到原來單點要19大元左右, 就覺得不太值得... 連花生醬也只是塗的不多耶~! 

她的熱奶茶有點像絲襪奶茶feel, 不錯, 她說是看了食評知道奶茶ok才點的...

整體來說, 試過就好了........... 我覺得好像吐司x坊的還比較好

今日剛好經過,午飯前的客人不多,去到不用等位,買單後,稍等一會,食物就送上來了,㗎吔多士夾了鮮牛油塊在其中,香脆可口,ok 噃!叻沙蝦麵,湯頭的味道不錯,但配料很少,如果可以加一些芽菜,就perfect啦!至於糖心雞蛋,上桌是有點凍,小小失望!招牌咖啡,有點敗筆,原因是咖啡不夠濃,變了一杯糖水啊!希望下次有所改變,努力啊,亞坤!!

因為之前在團購買了4張coupons, 所以我都幫襯左5次...點解係四4張旦要食5次呢?原因就係弟一次幫襯時佢話個 read code 機壞左所以 read 唔到張 coupon....激爆。anyway, 唔講題外話,我弟一次在TST 分店食, 都唔錯。ok.後來在cwb食果幾次都唔好,食過咖哩雞飯,難食到無人有,竟然比2舊雞全翼切件,重要一食已經急凍雞翼味...又有一次叫蒸加央三文字外賣,d 倒汗水令到個包濕曬...今次食沙嗲雞三文治,d 雞有羊 so 味...不過我以$30 既 standard 都尚可接受,不過一路食,全程都有隻大污蠅陪我食law....總括黎講,唔會再黎。

亞坤在新加坡可說是無人不曉更是遊客必到之處!!
現時在新加坡開設超過30間分店以咖央多士聞名
亞坤在年中打入香港市場即將開設第3間分店
不過半年來批評一面倒......的差

所以早排特意到訪一下
新加坡的亞坤Aminn沒有去過
在門面一看明顯是打着Toast Box而來
款式類同而且選擇更多
外在環境應是更勝一籌喔!!

銅鑼灣是24小時分店(需要嗎???)
有2層的座位暫時未有滿座情況
到1樓收銀點餐後會收到個感應器
不過奇怪的是號碼是顯示在感應器的邊位(紅燈位置)
店員根本看得很困難!!
有時候科技還是不及一張號碼紙牌來得簡而清

咖央球來得最快賣相算是不錯的啦
外殼實的的以為會中伏
甜度適中咬下去原來是雞蛋仔的味道!!!
不過Aminn在新加坡和馬來西亞都沒有見過嘻嘻~
這個可是surprise呀~ 烘焙得好好!!

之後來飲品

的確做得很差基本上可叫沒有朱古力味
其實南洋很少地方賣朱古力(飲品) 做返美綠和恐龍是ok的
至於熱咖啡(南洋咖啡kopi-o)
很好是傳統的味道是Aminn飲開的味道
請請請不要以香港人的口味來轉變自己的傳統風味

至於熱食當中算最好評的新加坡咖哩叻沙蝦麵我也點了
蝦也不小 配上魚片豆腐卜和恰蛋 一貫配搭
Aminn也很喜歡吃叻沙 不過較着眼是看叻沙的湯
肯肯定的亞坤的叻沙湯好味過Toast Box的
(一直也覺得香港Toast Box的不夠濃不夠南洋味)
不過亞坤的麵條口感比較似瀨粉根本吸不到湯底入內
想起之前見到的一面倒劣評
簡直覺得香港亞坤浪費了明明合格的叻沙湯底!!

總結Aminn點了4款都只有1款”香港口味”是失望的
真心希望香港亞坤觀望一下市場策略
再重申請請請不要以香港人的口味來轉變自己的傳統風味

朋友說亞坤在銅鑼灣開了新店, 仲要24小時, 之前尖沙咀開店時已很想試, 但每次都好多人, 今日係銅鑼灣返工,收工時已近12點, 所以特地試試.坦白說, 我已一段長時間沒有寫食評, 為了"亞坤", 唔寫唔得. 一上到店, 已有些不好的預感, 冷冷清清, 員工站在一邊傾偈, 不過算數, 反正黎到, 都試試.它是先到外邊收銀落單比錢, 之後會比一個電子牌, 係揀緊的同時, 已聽到後面檯的客人在投訴, 多士凍同好淋, 我聽到那位員工回答客人竟說我地係咁, 心諗千祈不要揀多士, 就揀了"馬來西亞卥麵"+熱鴛鴦.食完第一口已知出事了, 那個味道好似街邊咖哩魚蛋D醬撈麵, 除一隻蛋外, 只有少量豆卜, 我估只是一個豆卜切粒, 沒有任何配料, 但加送超重味精, 食了幾口已吃不下去.那杯鴛鴦更是糖水, 沒有茶味, 咖啡味, 只是甜味.

食完第一口已知出事了, 那個味道好似街邊咖哩魚蛋D醬撈麵, 除一隻蛋外, 只有少量豆卜, 我估只是一個豆卜切粒, 沒有任何配料, 但加送超重味精, 食了幾口已吃不下去.

那杯鴛鴦更是糖水, 沒有茶味, 咖啡味, 只是甜味.

Ya Kun Coffee & Toast is a famous Singaporean cafe that is most notably famous for it's kaya. They opened their first shop in Tsim Sha Tsui. Whenever, I walked by the shop, there was a huge queue. I couldn't be bothered to to line up so didn't try the place. However, I did buy a jar of kaya for my father when I went home to Canada a couple of months ago as he loves kaya and I always have a specific request to buy him a couple of jars of a specific brand from the Indonesian shops in Causeway Bay.

Ya Kun has opened their second shop in Causeway Bay. There is no line when I got there. You basically order at the cashier, then they give you a card and you find a seat. You have to walk up the stairs to enter the restaurant. Later, I found out they had an elevator. The cafe has two floors and plenty of seats. It's also opened 24 hours.

I ordered a steamed peanut butter kaya toast ($18) and a green tea frosty with red bean ($32). I was given a pager and went upstairs to sit down and wait for the food to be brought to me.

Apparently there are circles on the table to place your pager. You really have to place it here. I placed it elsewhere on the table and a waiter came by and moved it to the circle. I have no idea what the point of that was as the waiter still walked around with my order and asked every table if that's what they ordered until I waved them down. Shouldn't they look for the pager? I don't get it.

Green tea frost with red beans was pretty good. It was nice and icy. Icy enough to give me brain freeze and that's a good thing. It was also pretty sweet and not much green tea flavor. Otherwise, not too bad.

Steamed peanut butter kaya bread was placed in a steam dim sum basket. Bread was soft and warm. However, I had to agree with my dad. The kaya was not good. It was far too starchy. I have a feeling they didn't use enough egg and too much pandan to make it, giving it a starchy texture. They also didn't use enough coconut milk to give that distinct flavor. This was not good kaya and clearly disappointing as that is what Ya Kun is famous for.

在離開香港前,試過位於尖沙咀的亞坤,那時候的人流多到嚇人,光是平日排隊點餐就要等15分鐘,連同等餐點送到時,就至少要花上半個多小時,要不是吃過新加坡「亞坤」,我想自己也應該不會傻傻在那邊等。事隔4個月左右,就在我回到香港後,香港第二間亞坤分店也開幕,既然經過銅鑼灣,就順便去試一下,大不了看到人多就選別家吃晚餐。意外的是,銅鑼灣亞坤居然沒有很多人,是因為我9點才來?還是香港人對於亞坤的熱情已經減退呢?沒關係,反正先試試吧!銅鑼灣分店最大的改善之處,就是將桌椅換成新擺法,不再像尖沙咀那邊擺得非常密集,弄得像茶餐廳一樣,現在能夠提升個人私隱度,與鄰桌保持一定的距離,用餐的時候比較舒適。點餐後會有食物提示器,桌面有小標貼說要放到指定位置,我不知道用意是什麼,反正就乖乖的放上去等。先來奶茶,口感很滑,沒有茶的苦澀感,只是有點淡,應該是奶的問題,入口欠缺濃郁奶香。咖喱雞麵,整個讓我大失望!咖喱湯底不過不失,只是略嫌不夠濃郁,但基本上是可以接受的;而麵條方面也很正常,不會煮到過軟。兩隻雞翅實在是令人生氣,吃下去就覺得是煮過火,或是重複加熱好幾遍,而且雞肉完全沒有味道,吃不到雞肉味就算,居然連一點鹹味

咖喱湯底不過不失,只是略嫌不夠濃郁,但基本上是可以接受的;而麵條方面也很正常,不會煮到過軟。兩隻雞翅實在是令人生氣,吃下去就覺得是煮過火,或是重複加熱好幾遍,而且雞肉完全沒有味道,吃不到雞肉味就算,居然連一點鹹味也沒有,是用開水燙過,然後隨便泡一泡咖喱汁,讓外皮變色就上桌嗎?從來沒有吃過這麼難吃的雞翅!
