Other Info. : 美中不足 : 雖說入座時已告知用餐時間是90分鐘, 但朋友相聚難免聊得忘形, 未有留意時間, 侍應於夠鐘一刻讓我們結帳, 我在匆忙中想將餘下1/3的飲品飲完都被催趕, 最不開心是壽星女是沖著大熱甜品蜜瓜雪冰而來的, 最後卻吃不到, 有點失望。 建議 : 雖說我們都有責任, 但如果侍應能提早半小時告知一聲(詢問一下last order), 便能讓客人有預算, 可以趕及點餐或是在用餐時間內將食物吃完 , 會比較貼心。希望餐廳在這方面能夠改善一下。

-很久沒有吃韓國炸雞,在旺角的話Yadllie Plate 當然是首選吧~而且餐廳環境很舒服,很喜歡日光曬進來的氛圍,吃炸雞首推大蔥絲炸雞和蜜味乳酪炸雞,嫰嫰的雞肉外皮炸得香口惹味,咸香十足又Juicy,新鮮十足的蔥絲帶天然微微辣度,加上蜜味乳酪粉加持,個人好喜歡這兩種味道的炸雞。---當日另外也叫了八爪魚煎餅和八爪魚沙律,煎餅外皮煎得燶邊,餡料滿滿,點點醬汁更加好吃。後者八爪魚沙律還要原隻上,八爪魚勁爽勁新鮮,配上秘製韓式辣汁的沙律,吃得超滿足。-不夠飽的話十分建議再加添辣豬肉拌飯,-醬汁帶辣度勁惹味,撈飯吃完全無得輸。

今日中午,我又拉朋友陪我吃炸雞,六點前結帳全單七折,除了炸雞,還可叫多幾款韓式料理,大滿足。.香港眾多烤雞、炸雞店,有韓式、台式、美式,甚至港式。當中我覺得Yadllie Plate的炸雞最好味,因為它是「韓雞」空運到港,肉質鮮嫩。粉漿薄,每件炸雞都用人手撲上一層薄薄乾粉,令炸雞外皮又薄又脆,同時不會吸收油份,食落更健康。而且味道好,醃製入味,口感鮮嫩,一試難忘。🏅半半炸雞(原味+大邱辣醬)我最愛原味,朋友說要挑戰3隻辣椒,於是叫了半半炸雞,滿足兩種口味。我試了一件大邱辣醬炸雞,並不辣啊。🏅芝士蟹子蛋捲超多蟹子和芝士,蟹子在口中爆裂,好過癒。🏅芝士牛肉煎餅同樣是超多芝士,除了牛肉餡,還有不少蔬菜。口感比較軟身。🏅辣豬肉拌飯辣!但非常好味。單是辣醬配珍珠米飯已得好吃。豬肉是火鍋肉片,加蔥絲同吃,口感和味道都一流。🏅烤牛肉水冷麵三片牛肉烤得完美,腍滑多汁。冷麵爽口清涼。🏅柚子米酒很濃厚的柚子味,口感柔和,令你一口愛上它。🏅草莓乳酸梳打酸甜清爽。🏅朱古力雪冰我麻麻地,如果你愛黑朱古力的會喜歡,因為雪冰和中間的brownie都比較苦澀。
