To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日lunch時間唔多但係想好好relax下睇到呢間就入去試下第一讚:食物上得夠快,對於本身時間唔多嘅人好重要第二讚:個樓面好lively(對於一個經常出去食lunch嘅人來講,有個人性化嘅交流同服務其實真係好唔一樣)第三讚:味道幾好,尤其茶碗蒸有驚喜,夠鮮又夠實(個人覺得嗰豚姜有啲太甜,可能存粹食慣談啲)第四讚:聽話每個星期轉餐牌,如果真係又幾好相對失望位第一:位置好逼,唔太舒服第二:飯唔夠(可能存粹我大食,隔離檯啲人好似食得幾滿足)anyway都算唔錯啦 continue reading

lunch set 的頭一個 menu 鵝肝和牛炒飯,見定得268再加一,去食午餐鐵板燒都得既一個價錢會俾啲好既材料。點知鵝肝兩粒仔,仲要有筋既,然後和牛碎似係 trim 肉淨低果啲脂肪,一塊肉仔都冇,仲要炒得又唔係好食,冇咩味,想加鹽。憑咩咁自信收呢個價呢?香港就係俾呢啲淨係想賺到盡但唔諗下點樣提升食物質素既餐廳搞衰晒。新開就俾啲心機,諗下點樣做啲好食既野啦,咁難食又咁質素咁差,係附近番工既人都唔會黎多次啦。 continue reading

一間係鰂魚涌K11靚裝的日式居酒屋,主打日式串燒, 魚生丼. 午餐時人很多. 十二點半已經滿座,等咗15分鐘. 午市建議預早打電話訂位. 主食首推A4和牛丼, 牛味及油分充足,入口即溶,份量亦夠大, 整個set只係$2xx, 這級數的和牛在中環區賣$4xx份. 魚生丼方面亦有幾款選擇,魚生非常新鮮,份量十足. 裝修亦見心機,店舖座位雖然不多,大概可坐20人,但有六本木高級感覺. 雖然人很多,但服務生仍然殷勤招呼值得一賺👍 continue reading

同兩個同事去食,職員介紹今日嘅特別菜式係「炆牛舌定食」$188,見佢推介就試一試。牛舌定食成個定食好豐富,有沙律,有茶碗蒸,仲有麵豉湯,最好食係個茶碗蒸,蛋味濃而且個蛋好滑,裏面材料好足。至於個牛舌都唔錯,炆得好腍,而且個汁煮得好好味,牛舌索晒啲汁,每一啖都好Juicy!甜品係芝麻紅豆糯米糍,味道一般,冇乜特別。 continue reading
