日本師傅主理,有雞肉刺身😳 香港少有用備長木炭嘅燒鳥店,夠哂正宗😍環境限定餐牌 蒸鷄搾菜 $68 前菜叫咗3款都好啱我哋口味!有蒸鷄搾菜,雞肉用蒸嘅方式都好嫩口,索埋搾菜嘅辣油好開胃。 Seaweed Ponzu Sauce $48 每次食日本嘢都會叫嘅水雲🙈 朋友居然第一次食,佢都一食愛上! Sakura marinated chicken $78 然後有超特別嘅雞肉刺身,我真係第一次食🫣店員介紹只燒至一成熟,食落有啲似白身魚嘅口感,零油膩但好彈牙,生食但完全唔會食到冰凍雪味,食材處理得好好👍🏻 各式燒鳥 到燒鳥環節,我地叫咗6款,Thigh(雞腿)、Tsukune (免治雞肉棒)、Kitsune (紫蘇葉雞肉丸)Green Onion Roll (雞皮香蒽卷)及稀有部位Chicken oyster (雞蠔肉)及Chicken Belly (橫隔膜)。縱便我平時怕肥唔食雞皮,今晚所有燒鳥嘅雞皮我都食哂❣️皆因雞皮好薄仲要燒到好脆好香口,油膩感大減,雞腿🍗熟成度啱啱好,飽滿肉嫩。免治雞肉棒以匙羹棒代替雞骨,接近一口size嘅份量,可以一啖過享受雞軟骨嘅爽脆。紫蘇葉雞肉丸必點!紫蘇嘅提香完全加💯分。雞皮香蒽卷,香蒽用以吸附雞皮油分,皮脆香蒽又係爽脆,顛覆對雞皮一貫只有油嘅感覺🫶🏻 到超期待嘅2款稀有部位🐓,雞蠔肉並唔係用雞肉包生蠔,而係雞背近大腿嘅部位,當中有兩個凹槽,因其形狀似生蠔而得名,一隻雞只得兩塊生蠔肉,絕對罕有,肉質有咬口又軟滑,必食!另一罕有部位橫隔膜,橫隔膜位於雞頸椎後側包覆雞隻胸腹腔嘅薄肉膜,每隻雞大約只能取出兩片0.5公分,食起上嚟脆彈爽口,油油比例剛好,同樣必點😍 Asparagus $38 / Cherry Tomato $38 燒鳥環節結束,清清口腔食返2串蔬菜,蘆筍及車厘茄。 Beef SeaUrchin SalmonRoe $198 之後是晚豪少少叫咗Beef SeaUrchin SalmonRoe,牛肉上放上海膽及滿瀉嘅三文魚子🤩 好滿足!
