店舖裝潢好有80年代懷舊感覺,有一種老店嘅氛圍。喺度點餐亦十分有老香港特色,係要向收銀員/店員大叫想食啲咩,因為店員太忙,好少會行去你隔離慢慢等你點。



每次比錢時都唔會比單,收銀員都會用心算去計你枱上嘅食物價錢,速度令人佩服!😮

帮襯了人和很多年了,以前经常到旺角店买瓶装豆浆当早餐吃,口感非常香滑。偶然在渣甸街见到这店,又勾起点点回忆,决定进去吃点东西。店外的橱窗有贴着菜单,大部分都是豆类制品,非常简单。先来一碗热豆腐花,上桌还在冒烟,加入黄糖后会迅速溶化,味道结合在一起,豆腐花口感很滑,水准依然保持着。鱼肉煎豆腐是其中一款较多人点的东西,而且不仃在做,上桌时是热腾腾的。煎完后外脆内软,是很不错的小吃。只是鱼肉和豆腐略嫌偏淡,如能改善会更好吃。

今晩全家在銅鑼灣吃完日本餐,孩子們很興奮的想吃中式甜品,看到這家吃了很多年的連鎖店的豆腐花,決定打包了五碗回家。結果回家一嚐,唉!感觸泉湧! 除了份量不足之外,這味道。。。。真心覺得就是浪費我老公辛苦賺來的錢、浪費了等待的時間;對不起自己的身體(因為吸收了這多餘又難吃的卡路里)同時打包時使用的塑膠餐具還污染了我們的地球母親,滿心不爽。。 。。 這成本如此低的食物,店家還可以把它稀釋到如此沒有豆味,又不是賣得特別便宜,打壞了自己的招牌,店家真的要好好檢討。真沒想到這一碗小小的豆腐花讓我有這麼多感慨,貢獻出了我的第一篇食評!

但魚肉份量真係太少

少到好似得一塊薄片咁

熱屎辣辣,買咗凍芝麻糊豆腐花番去,好想買埋佢個煎豆腐,但啱啱食完野有啲飽,今次冇買到,佢個煎豆腐加埋佢個豆瓣醬、豉油好正,10幾蚊有四舊。人和荳品出名緊係豆製品,所有嘢都平靚正,而且係等緊嘅期間,都有好多人堂食同外賣。我自己夏天會食凍嘅豆腐花,冬天食熱嘅豆腐花。😂😂有時會想食佢個紫米露豆腐花,今次就食咗芝麻糊豆腐花,豆腐花當然好滑,芝麻糊好香,加埋就係好香好滑,銅鑼灣有兩間,去開邊頭就去邊間買,$20有找。

I still vividly remember when I was still in secondary school, whenever I had tutorial class in causeway bay, I would definitely come to this restaurant specialised in soy bean-related food.So recently, I went to this shop again and ordered a bean curd dessert served with black rice. The black rice is so gelatinous, while the tofu is sweet and smooth. I felt like going back in time and my memories flashed back to when I was still a high school student cramming for DSE!

細個嗰陣爸爸成日帶我去九龍城食豆腐花所以對舊式嘅荳品店其實有個情意結咁啱今日同老公出開嚟銅鑼灣喺人和荳品專門店附近於是我就提議一齊去飲支豆漿唞一唞因為天氣真係好熱🥵食物選擇貴精不貴多因為我哋都唔係好肚餓所以就叫一支凍豆漿share再加碟魚肉煎豆腐凍豆漿非常夠凍喺呢個大熱天之下飲一啖真係好解暑豆味亦都非常香濃👍🏾至於碟魚肉煎豆腐因為係新一輪煎起嘅所以非常夠熱豆腐亦都超滑!點埋豆瓣醬同甜醬一齊食好有舊式嘅味道就係咁樣小歇一陣好過去咖啡店坐幫襯小店仲開心🥳
