我早幾日行過,有少少肚餓,於是光顧呢間食店,我點了一杯熱豆漿和一碟煎豆腐,豆漿味道正常,煎豆腐都算熱。但d圓櫈有d污糟,少少痴笠笠...在結帳時,我發現收銀員大叔(亦即照片中的廚師)竟然沒有戴上口罩,並不停找現金給食客,店內只收現金,令本人感覺很不衞生,並擔心本人喝過的豆漿和吃過的豆腐會不會有肺炎病菌。由於近期武漢肺炎肆虐,巿民聞之色變,絕大部份巿民都會紛紛戴上口罩,避免飛沫傳播病菌。本人曾多番勸喻該名收銀員佩戴口罩,以防止飛沬傳播給食客,但他卻裝作聽不見,於是本人再次勸喻:「你係做飲食業架喎! 宜家有武漢肺炎,你係咪應該要戴上口罩,保障返自己同埋食客的安全呀?」 他反駁:「食緊野都戴唔到口罩架啦!」 本人說:「但你宜家唔係食緊野喎!」 但他依然不予理會。一小時後,本人再次經過該食店,驚見該名收銀員大叔竟然變成廚師(請參考照片),正對著廚窗煎豆腐,並沒有戴上口罩! 本人十分擔心他的飛沫或手上的細菌會沾上豆腐、沾上其他食物,甚至沾上食店內的環境,增加食客染上武漢肺炎的機會,有見及此,本人曾通知食環署職員能夠採取行動,並勸喻該名店主應提高衞生意識,例如要戴上口罩、勤力用漂白水清潔食店,以確

一入座回望下門口就已經發覺大排長龍,除了好好彩真的不知說什麼,不過這也顯得這間店是因為優質才有那麼多人吧?27. 黑糯米豆腐花(熱) ♥♥♥♥ 不愧是做荳品的,專門的結果就是水平比一般小食店的好,比糖水舖更好食也不用驚訝。熱的豆腐比凍的比起來更幼滑,順口得根本不用咬,配合完全相反雖然細嚼的黑糯米,口感對比令層次更豐富。加上黑糯米本身已經有甜味,其他別的什麼也不用落就可以開吃了。看餐牌還有豆腐、豆卜小食,如果不是吃完飯來試甜品就絕對要點!!即使款式可能沒豆花多,豆漿的種類竟然也有8款,傳統工藝果然也是需要與時並進呢。

今日去開銅鑼灣,突然想食豆腐花就諗起人和豆品,入到去啱啱好有個卡位,即刻坐低叫咗豆腐花,因之前啱啱食左下午茶關係,所以只係叫咗豆腐花,個豆腐花好滑好清,同埋今次叫熱食覺得熱食特別正。 其實佢哋除咗豆腐花外,我記得嗰個魚肉煎豆腐,同埋豉油王炒麵都好好味,但今次因為食咗下午茶所以食吾落冇叫到,柴魚花生粥我覺得食早餐啱曬,如果冇咩胃口都可以試下。其實佢哋頭腐花除咗原味,仲有杏仁味,椰汁,花奶,仲可以加芝麻糊,紅豆沙,或者綠豆沙等等。如果鍾意食豆腐花又喜歡變化嘅朋友記得黎啦!
