To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 逸龍軒係北角海逸酒店3樓,今晚同家人慶祝生日黎食就好興奮。見到餐廳做緊pomotion既上湯焗龍蝦伊麵$368,就已經非常心動,重點係佢有多種煮法揀。包括上湯焗蒜蓉開邊蒸 薑蔥焗等等..........今次揀咗上湯伊麵系列。原隻龍蝦大大隻,肉質結實新鮮,夠晒足料好食。前菜嗌左粟米墨魚餅同燻蹄兩款都唔錯,幾開胃。另外黃金蝦都做得幾出色,什果沙律黃金海蝦用左咸蛋炸起,金黃嘅顏色做得非常出色。配上生菜加什果既配菜,咸蛋味好正,真係好惹味。脆到連個蝦殼都食到!雜果沙律上面仲有蟹籽特別精緻嘅呢😍濃湯一品豆腐煲,配料豐富,豆腐腩肉等等令到呢個豆腐鍋特別鮮甜。古法扣原隻4頭清湯鮑魚黃玉參$238/位 - 4頭鮑魚勁有咬口,口感彈牙。黃玉參原條上都幾大件,入口滿滿骨膠原,極度養顏,食飯都要隨時補下膠原蛋白嘅呢😘甜品方面以下呢兩款都好好食💁🏻♀️燕窩360牛乳奶凍- 滿滿嘅燕窩鋪喺幼滑奶凍上面,你一定吾可以錯過。桃膠蛋白杏仁茶-杏仁茶味道濃郁,桃膠份量多,杏仁茶飲落勁滑,睇得出比左心機去煮。

27/5 約了兩位朋友在逸龍軒品嚐點心午餐、好聚聚聊聊近況。我們要了5個點心、羊肚菌餃子熱辣辣很滋味、牛肉球鬆軟彈牙、叉燒腸的皮薄肉多、很享受!唯獨是鴛鴦米裡的餡料有鹹蛋、我們姐妹怕高膽固醇、有點不適合呢!服務生數量不足、舉手也要等上一兩分鐘才有服務生回應,估計也是經營成本有嚴格管制!中菜廳在酒店裡面、服務與西餐廳的有一點不一樣、培訓上可能有不一樣的要求!可是、食物質素呢、我可更喜歡中菜廳、新鮮材料足!

好耐冇喺北角逸龍軒飲茶,今日兩個人嚟食晏。喺門口望入去,見到冇乜客、好多枱剩,同疫情前好唔同,連餐單同價錢都係唔同哂。以前都幾經常嚟,雖然通常唔使等位,不過都冇乜枱剩。今日叫咗啲特別嘅嘢,我最欣賞係個金盞沙律百花蟹鉗,大大隻、賣相又靚,新鮮熱辣,好正!😋不過超貴,兩隻$136😅!呢度啲灌湯餃雖然唔平,都唔算好貴,不過真材實料,夠熱好味,值得一試。😋通常飲茶都係食蝦腸,帶子腸都食過,不過一般都係帶子碎上,呢度講明係原隻鮮帶子,果然係唔同啲,重點:啲帶子唔係細細粒㗎。個藥膳綿花雞又係有啲特色,$58唔算好貴,如果唔怕藥材味都真係幾OK。最唔抵食係黃金墨魚餅,味道唔係好特別,但係要$98,平均$20一件!最後叫咗個燉湯同臘味煲仔飯,個湯夠熱,味道都算OK,不過煲仔飯啲臘味得個甜字,失望!😥個飯開蓋之後唔記得影相!🤣🤣今餐啲嘢食整體都係算唔錯,不過八折咗人均都仲要$378,雖然話係酒店啫,但係都真係幾貴$$$!最唔明係:菊花茶收咗$28,但係張單上面仲有樣嘢叫「座位費」每人$20😓!

一年一次食大閘蟹緊係想食高質呢間之前飲過茶,環境幾舒服見今年做大閘蟹放題,openrice book有8折就試下個餐除左大閘蟹和小菜點心任叫,同埋包埋3樣野,鮑魚、乳鴿、蟹粉小籠包鮑魚-比想像中大隻乳鴿-呢個比想像中細隻,但夠juicy蟹粉小籠包-一籠一隻都幾大隻,都好味,蟹粉味好出我地2個人食左每人3隻,我以為放題都好細隻,不過都ok,同埋d腳都夠肉食到隻隻都有膏,好好食,全部都係公蟹,不過都好似有d大隻d、有d細隻d。其他小菜、甜品:椒鹽尤魚鬚-必點,另一半勁勁勁鍾意食,大讚佢地整得好食口水雞-可叫可不叫凍豬手,燒腩仔-好surpirse放題有埋燒味,都脆,不過凍左無咁好食蟹肉羹-正常咕嚕肉-呢個食得出佢係豬頸肉做,但我唔算好鍾意糯米飯-呢個好好食,食得落的話要試甜品叫少少試下:蛋白杏仁茶-好味湯丸-正常仲有啤酒汽水任飲,我無飲啤酒,但我另一半讚佢俾呢隻「醇滑」,係好野佢仲有其他野食,但我真係無肚食了lol整體野食好滿意,環境都好舒服但service就真係一般,無乜staff做野,否則就perfect了~
