To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期六(21/9)約咗好友晚飯,本來訂咗星街Oolaa,但發現夜晚太嘈,不宜傾計,便改到Misu(QRE Plaza),點知那天下午不斷落雨,故閨蜜決定揸車,惟有揀有免費泊車的地方,所以決定好久冇去的太古廣場夜上海;去到有點驚訝,竟然八成滿座,不似預期的經濟蕭條;我們叫了3個頭盤,包括薰蛋、海參和牛油果腐皮卷,主菜則椒鹽小黃魚和焗釀蟹蓋,本打算吃嫩雞煨麵,但實在吃不下,因為留肚吃甜品-高力豆沙,總括來說,味道和賣相都好好,水準和食物質素保持,服務態度比前好多了,埋單盛惠$900,值得再幫襯😋可惜顧住傾計忘記打卡。但有一樣感覺不太好,洗手間不太整潔,可能由於是晚人多,來不及清潔! continue reading

本來去嘗試餐廳週的午餐,人均248/位,開始問我們是茶還是薏米水,並未說清價格,以為和茶水同樣價格於是選了兩個薏米水,薏米水38/位,另收茶水醬料20/位,並且沒有上茶,餐前酸菜放在那裡也並未說明額外收費25,結果最後買單500多的單變成了700多。 蝦仁吃到蝦殼,向餐廳人員反應也沒有任何作為。其實平日也會去這裡吃,也要這個價格,但不做任何解釋就直接收費令人失望。同樣價位何以選擇的餐廳很多,不必故意作低價格再亂收費加價,不會再去。 continue reading

今天一行多人連小朋友去食午餐,叫左一碟上湯小棠菜,試了一點,覺得太咸叫侍應換碟淡味的。有一副經理兇巴巴走過來,問"碟菜有乜問題,你食咗幾啖喎!",我唔食又点知咸呢?!我地只想換淡D, 又唔喺諗住取消或者唔比錢,點解啲服務要咁差,令到我地本來叫多啲嘢食都冇哂心機!其實香港飲食業已经生意難做,大家也想支持本土消費,但一D差的服務態度令人很失望,尤其呢間都係金鐘的高级餐廳,消费又不便宜,一個態度差的副經理令我們不會再光顧! continue reading

香港有好多上海菜嘅餐廳,每間餐廳都各自有出色嘅菜式,如果去夜上海嘅話,會推薦以下幾款菜:鮮肉小籠包$92好食! 好食到叫咗兩籠!小籠包皮薄得嚟又唔會易穿, 食落去有滿滿嘅豬肉湯浸係口入面,一人食咗一籠都唔會覺得好油膩。係一款必定要嗌嘅菜式,唔好錯過。蘿蔔絲酥餅$60比平時酒樓食嘅大粒好多,起碼大咗一倍。需然好大粒,但個酥皮唔厚,食落去唔會覺得好油膩。入面滿滿嘅白蘿蔔絲都比平時食嘅粗,咬落去更加有口感🤌🏼三鮮賽螃蟹$260好多料嘅賽螃蟹,充滿蟹肉同蝦仁脆,重有唔少蟹膏係面,加埋啲醋一齊食好好食。其實菜式都好食,但就無話特別出色,不過就一定無伏。室內裝修都幾新淨同靚仔,不過會有啲嘈。 continue reading
