之前來過幾次,覺得環境舒適,食物可以,今次大失所望。首先來到先叫飲品,未講完個四眼肥仔伙計就走左,我足足坐起到等了十分鐘,都無人行過去,我舉手都舉到手軟。見到剛剛果個四眼肥仔,放是再叫佢,佢好無禮貌叫我等等,最後隔多三分鐘,有另一個伙計行過來,見佢都講哂唔好意思,我先無咁嬲。原本都想發脾氣走,講真,如果唔係另一個都叫做有返少少禮貌,真係會唔食囉!😡價值不是平,就應該俾返少少服務質素啦!一個人就已經嚴重地影響這間餐廳在我心目中嘅評價。

前菜黎講古法煙鴨蛋,脆鱔同陳皮糖醋排骨都好出色,亦係夜上海既必點菜色,因為我本身唔食魚所以一開始唔係好想試脆鱔,但見家人讚不絕口,所以就試左一舊,好脆口👍🏻唔食魚既我都覺得好食,果然名不虛傳。而個排骨每舊都有好香既陳皮味,相比平時食既糖醋排骨,陳皮點綴左依個菜式。

Good thing is the Shanghai Dumpling taste good and the skin is thin enough.  But the wine chicken is great ..... not freezing cold just the right temperature. Many Shanghai restaurants serve this dish over cold and the chicken is hard too but not here anymore

The price is not  fair base on the quality of the food and environment. Also this is a place inside the hotel, that should be maintained a good standard and shouldn't be declining on  overall standard.  The server is just ok and need more attention with the customer.

涼拌海蜇頭:海蜇頭的size 太細粒,所以爽口度略減,有點到喉5到肺

薄片豆腐:真係刀功之作,配上皮蛋碎粒,不錯

松子魚:同其他店的水準差不多,魚肉滑

小籠包:呢個呢。。。包汁5多,餡料多,但總覺得欠缺豬肉的味道

肉絲兩面黃:呢個5得,做5到兩面黃的質素,似肉絲炒麵多d

侍應服務殷勤又明快,會不停幫我地添熱水。

我地坐卡位,幾舒服。加上每張檯5係太迫,的確係吹水好地方。

事後,朋友話上次光顧都覺得前菜質素較好,或者我下次主力叫前菜先~

Ye means night in Mandarin and Ye Shanghai is also a really famous mando song in the 20s that glorifies the night life of the city. Can you imagine? Anyways, with the poetic backstory, the food did not disappoint. Dinner with my colleagues at TST, so we decided Shanghai food. We selected a set dinner. We all love the food. The original price was a bit high but this promotion was attractive. The abalone was very tasty and fresh. They are really traditional Shanghai food.

夜上海幾乎是我每年必去一次的滬菜館,還記得幾年前第一次光顧,真是有種一鳴驚人的感覺,但可惜現在的質素已大不如前,但這並不代表完全無可取之處,只是遜色了。餐廳大約7:00pm已經差不多坐滿客人,以閒日來說,還真是厲害,追捧她的人還是不少。打開餐牌,很多菜式都想點,我們就點了以下各款:1)涼拌海參 :海參片得厚薄適中,其實都幾考刀功,口感佳,有少許爽,但陳醋汁未完成把海參浸得入味,稍淡。2)花雕醉雞 :例牌必叫菜式,花雕香醇,雞肉嫩且鮮,不過同樣是花雕未能完全滲入雞肉內,如果入晒味應該會更出色。3)素鵝 : 炸得脆亦不太油,但有點炸過龍令裡面有點乾,料也不夠。4)燻蛋 :以前的燻蛋有濃郁的煙燻味,現在的只是普通流心蛋般,失色了。5)小籠包 : 皮薄餡靚,裡面還有湯汁,水準還是保持著。6)生煎包 : 點心師傅應該沒有轉人,所以水準仍可保持。這個生煎包真心好味,麵包鬆軟且帶麵粉香,內裡的肉油份適中,混合少許的湯汁更是齒頰留香,正👍🏼7)片皮鴨 : 這裡的片皮鴨真的是只片皮,一點肉也沒有的,皮烤得有點脆,但可惜是上檯時已經連餘熱也沒有了。而薄餅則用熱爐熱著上檯,但也只是餘溫,不過,加上爽脆的大蔥

打開餐牌,很多菜式都想點,我們就點了以下各款:

8)芽菜炒鴨肉 : 至於鴨肉就做了第二碟菜式,用芽菜加上豉油老抽炒,沒舍特別,味道ok, 不會過鹹。

10)奶油津白 : 這碟菜就真的是有點失望,一上檯見到有1/3碟的位置是空著的,菜就淋到好似比九十歲的老人家食一樣,奶油味欠奉,菜面鋪上的幾片金華火腿還可以的,鹹味中帶著肉香。但整體來說,這碟菜完全不像夜上海的出品,感覺上海xx也做得比它出色😔

食物質素一般,已預先問撚手菜來叫,不過並不太撚手。

蟹粉釀蟹蓋 - 2隻$132,2隻起,可order幾隻,我們叫了三隻,$198。撚手菜,口感不錯,但我們均覺得太咸。

奶油津白 - $110,太奶油,過火了,以致口感太漏。

江南脆鱔 - 撚手菜。讚!脆口、香、好味!出面少見!

水煮水片 - $180,一般。生日朋友說好味,我真心覺得一般!魚片又少,又不夠咬口,多的是下面的粉。

擔擔麵 - $55,幾好。一人份,只有一小碗。

䓤油開洋拌麵 - 一人份,只有一小碗。普通的豉油拌麵,差,完全不值$55。非常後悔叫。

肉汁小籠包 - 撚手菜,$60,四件。不錯,皮薄。

桃包 - 朋友生日,特別些,叫壽包,2隻起,3隻$42。ok!

桂花酒釀丸子 - 一人份,$38,我只吃一口,覺得太淡,酒味不濃。

桂花酒釀湯丸 - 一人份,$48,我也只吃一口,覺得太淡,酒味不濃。中間少許芝麻,不會漏。

蛋白杏仁茶 - 一人份,$48,這個是我選的。大多數甜品都是一人份,而其他反都不太想吃。雖然有時覺得杏仁味太濃,沒選擇下還是這個算,結果反而覺得不錯!杏仁味不會太搶,不會太甜!

酸菜 - $25,完全無吃過。😂

茶 - 茶位每人$20。普通茶,沒特別。

埋單$1108。貴價質素普通,未必再幫襯,其他好選擇太多。
