片皮鴨片皮的技術高超,能片得很薄。皮很脆,包起來吃的時候很有層次感。鴨皮油脂分布很平均,配合面皮來食完全沒有油膩感。

真正皮薄餡靚的小籠包,一口能咬破薄皮,裏面有着滿滿的湯汁。

脆鱔有驚喜,一道不顯眼的前菜,吃下來有一種鬆脆鬆脆的口感。

松子魚時價約$600 對它抱著期望。但結果似炸魚柳加芡汁。

For drinks, we ordered unsweetened soya milk and it really blows our mind. The richness and smoothness of the milk is impressive.
