吃過串燒及豆腐花後，有點口乾，就到對面買杯涼茶清清熱氣及解解喝～涼茶款式也不少呢，有：酸梅湯、五花茶、火麻仁、竹蔗馬蹄、雞骨草、羅漢果靈芝及桑寄生等，有分杯或樽裝，亦有大細杯之分竹蔗馬蹄 $9［評分：6/10］友人選了酸梅湯，而我就選擇了凍竹蔗馬蹄水，可惜蔗水不多冰涼，味道較淡，只帶微微蔗香，幸好沒有加入大量糖份，當時一杯蔗「水」解解喝便算了養和堂 (元朗)元朗青山公路90號～～～～～～～～～～～～～總消費：$ 9味道：6/10環境：7/10服務：7/10衛生 : 7/10抵食 : 6/10 continue reading

    最近天氣悶熱, 我和老公都比較上火, 要飲點涼茶降火清熱。此間養和堂的廿四味比較有效, 今天下午趁去元朗吃午飯後, 順便來喝碗涼茶。老公愛立飲一碗溫熱的廿四味, 苦苦甘甘的, 十分清熱, 對老公減輕口腔痛症有明顯的功效。我就最怕飲廿四味, 寧願買支裝凍五花茶回家慢慢喝, 不過$18一支都唔算平, 而且我覺得幾甜, 但係雪凍冰冰涼涼又幾好飲的。雖不知是否有效清熱降火, 但降溫倒還即時見效!!! continue reading
