唐揚小豆池魚炸得超脆,脆得可以連骨吃。一點腥味也沒有。加點檸檬🍋汁,可提升魚的鮮味。個人認為鱈魚干及小豆池魚都是非常好的佐酒小食。

二人份量廚師發辦刺身拼盤一大盤,有時令活石蠔、蜜鯛魚、鱈魚白子、鮟鱇魚肝、甲烏賊,都是平時少吃到的刺身,有夠特別。活石蠔🦪好大隻,有半隻手掌般大,而且好creamy。廚師刀工不錯,蜜鯛魚切得薄薄的,薄得晶瑩剔透。跟酸汁好襯。鱈魚白子口感有點似雞子,點wasabi豉油吃不錯。魚肝試了配辣味蘿蔔溶、酸汁及wasabi豉油,覺得wasabi豉油是最襯。

串燒即叫即燒,竹籤拎上手仍有點熱。全部串燒🍢都有調過味,不用沾任何醬料已好好味。最愛是荔枝豚肉卷,咬下去,荔枝汁爆得滿口都是,味道甜甜蜜蜜。

魷魚餃子🥟是餐廳自家包的。除了釀有肉碎,當然有魷魚,令餃子咬起來有點爽口彈牙。餃子碟上放了2塊紫蘇葉,包著餃子吃,好好味😋

魚湯稻庭烏冬的湯底用了多種魚熬煮,所以一上桌就香氣撲鼻🍲。味道鮮又濃郁,絕不是味精湯。烏冬不會過腍。菇爽口。

行過呢間餐廳,肚仔餓餓咁,就決定入去撐腰。一落座,就嚟咗份【裹腸粉的鮮蝦】,啱啱好,皮薄餡足,蝦仔爽彈得嚟鮮甜,每一啖都係咁滑咁有勁,真係得意!🍤跟住試咗個【官燴牛肉】,啊!煮得好入味,每粒牛肉都腍滑得嚟唔失嗰份咬口,啲洋蔥爽口帶甜,同肉嘅鹹香夾硬咁好味,食完間唇齒都留住香味!🥩講真,【金銀蛋菠菜】真係唔錯,若隱若現嘅鹹蛋味,同菠菜嘅清甜完美咁融合,口感豐富又惹味,我彩我頂笠啦!🌿最後,個【豉汁蒸排骨】就真係畀全晚高潮。蒸得啱啱好,肉質爽嫩,豉汁味好鮮明,一啖肉,一啖飯,簡直係絕配!🍖總括來講,呢間餐廳提供嘅菜式都係倍兒有誠意,而家諗返起嚟都仲嚟口水,包你食完個個都心滿意足,肚滿肚滿咁走。下次同班friend仔出嚟食飯,又有好去處喇!👍👍👍
