To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天23/10/2024 約17:00在電氣道「魚米」叫了下午茶「魚片米線」。進食到尾聲發現湯麵裡發現下圖咖啡色物體，與老鼠糞便非常非常類似。拍了下面照片後我返到紙巾上，把物體從中間分開，中間是均勻啡色，材質與鼠類糞便非常非常相似。 （註：本人有幾年飼養倉鼠的經驗，對鼠類糞並不陌生。）本人隨即告知餐廳職員，一名中年男性職員沒有解釋，立即快速把啡色物體連同紙巾拿走，只告知我「不用埋單」。我嘗試阻止但未有成功。過了1-2分鐘，男性職員回到檯邊，開始聲稱物體為「肉碎」。我表示不滿，要求職員拿出物體跟「肉碎」對比。他們沒有保留「啡色物體」，只拿出一勺的「肉碎」，但根本與啡色物體完全不同顏色。事後有另一位女職員出現，堅持物體為「肉碎」。我反問，如果只是肉碎，為什麼要急著丟掉，又為什麼我可以不必埋單？他們除了不停重複此為肉碎，再沒有作任何解釋，兩個職員都走開沒有再跟我說話。
