位於東涌世茂喜來登酒店「采悅軒 YUE」的中菜行政總廚鍾志強師傅一向支持及選用本地生產和種植的優質食材。今次可謂一拍即合,邀來「冠珍醬園」隆重呈獻限定「珍味香港」嚐味餐單,以富有本地特色、家傳戶曉的優質老字號醬油鮮香昇華至獨具特色的精緻粵菜,推廣至世界各地鍾情粵菜的食客。環境:✨餐廳寬敞舒適,裝潢設計以湖水藍及紅木為主調,融入中國傳統及現代奢華色彩,配合清代藝術畫作、落地玻璃設計更顯高雅,適合商務酬酢或親友相聚。服務:✨整個用餐體驗十分良好,所有職員皆有禮友善,態度誠懇。上菜速度亦見貼心,會照顧食客的用餐速度,用餐時間很足夠。筆者是日晚上享用了限定「珍味香港」嚐味菜單,每位$680。順帶一提,筆者是首次看見以豉油手寫的菜單,驚為天人😱。食物:🫖 悅茶✨以來自浙江的優質綠茶為基調,將薑的微辛溫暖與蜜桃的香甜形成巧妙對比,創造出獨特的果味和抗氧化性,細膩悠長。🥢 前菜✨夾脆三絲✨醬油白鴿蛋:用上冠珍的蠔油和生抽烹製的矜貴醬油醃製,質感綿密濕口,有流心效果,叫人驚喜。✨蜜餞黑毛豬叉燒:用上冠珍的柱侯醬、海鮮醬和磨原豉製作,飽滿有光澤,散發着蜜香味,外表是帶焦香的微「燶邊」,入口香甜鬆軟,卻又有着爽口而不油膩的平衡感,很好吃!🥣 花膠酸辣羹✨因筆者不吃辣,未有嚐味🥲。🐟 頭抽香煎東星斑球✨用上冠珍的頭抽王,熱騰的靚魚肉質細嫩潤滑,蘸上百分百生曬頭抽 (歷時3個月),味道很搭,進一步襯托出魚的鮮香,配飯一流。🦋 蝦醬香酥肉配蝴蝶包💗筆者推介!✨賣相精美,被放在鳥寵當中。就是熱烘鬆軟的刈包,配上香濃惹味又軟腍的香酥肉,拌以冠珍的蝦醬,齒頰留香。🦐 翠綠江南百花雞✨乃傳統廣東四大名菜之一,一味雞饌卻知雞肉,至今吸引無數老饕。師傅用上原隻雞皮讓入蝦膠蒸煮,熟後再斬件還原原隻雞的模樣奉客,絕對是慢工出細貨的手工菜。蘸上冠珍的大紅浙醋同吃,有助開胃增鮮之用。🍚 大澳風味秘製醬油撈飯✨用上兩款冠珍的豉油調配出恰到好處的鮮味醬油,配以大澳蝦乾,還原簡單純樸的原始海鮮美味。🍓 鹹檸雪葩配甜醋草莓果凍✨特意注入煙霧,營造仙氣飄飄的「打卡moment」。✨集酸、甜、鹹於一身,很能解膩!⏰ 供應期為2024年9月1日至10月31日。凡惠顧此嚐味菜單,即可報名參與11月2日或11月23日冠珍醬園導賞團,名額有限,先到先得。 continue reading

訂台時已打電話去問有無食物要預早order, 除左壽包之外, 當時話無乜野要特別預早訂, 我地7:15 去到叫餐, 連叫三樣餸都話賣晒. 甚至乎紅燒雞, 乳鴿普通食物7:30 都未到就話賣晒,都唔知佢點做生意, 重有係人手不足, 想揾服務員舉晒手幾分鍾都無人理. 最後一道菜上埋, 又唔會主動問你上唔上埋個壽包,要個客主動同職員講, 先拎去蒸,又要等陣先有. 如果係普通中菜館就唔寄望有呢種服務但話晒酒店中餐, 收費絶對唔平,  咁既服務質素絶對唔值.雖然有半價, 都要過千蚊. 食材係好, 但味道又係麻麻地叉燒肉太淋,好似食煲完湯既肉, 無晒叉燒質感 琵琶鴿見佢細細隻,以為會好嫩滑, 點知好韌, 又無乜味. 到古醋骨, 斬得好大舊肉, 味到又調得談, 完全唔入味, 又唔酸又唔甜, 未食過咁難食重有泊車記得叫代泊泊去地下, 地面收$50/hr, 地下 $28/hr.我地走果時問佢先講, 一開始又唔講清楚泊地下會平 d由Book 枱, 代泊, 到餐廳服務員, 係我見過酒店餐裡面最差既一間. 呢餐生日飯真係食到一肚氣. 唔怪得個個北上消費.  continue reading
