趁小店結業之前,我同男朋友嚟咗光顧源發咖啡廳。當日人好多,要排10至15分鐘先可以入到去餐廳。源發咖啡廳嘅裝修好似返返去六七十年代咁樣,店內仍然保留當年嘅地磚,牆壁仲有老舊嘅水墨畫, 十分有懷舊風味。我哋點咗蔥油豬扒飯,紅豆冰,乾炒牛河,熱奶茶。蔥油豬扒飯嘅豬扒煎到好香蔥油同豉油同飯都好夾,非常美味。紅豆冰嘅紅豆去到杯嘅一半,非常抵飲。乾炒牛河略嫌唔夠鹹,但非常有鑊氣。熱奶茶茶味同奶味都好香濃。侍應話呢間餐廳嘅舖頭業主要收返,所以必須結業,都非常可惜。 continue reading

開始秋天時份,還有幾天就是源發咖啡廳結業,門口也貼出中,英以及日文既告示,大概都是說感謝與道別之詞,今日我就黎到試一試有五十年歷史既咖啡廳。坐低一陣睇下餐牌影下相,就聽到隔離枱點餐“照舊”兩個字,對於我第一次黎既新客仔係有點新奇,不景50年歷史大部份都是照舊既老顧客,令到我變為隔外陌生的人。回來,我點了沙爹牛丁,太陽蛋香腸同凍檸檬茶,呢類舊式香港店既快速是香港人既標記,幾分鐘就有得食。太陽蛋煮得出水準,最外層脆邊,第二層煮熟既蛋白,第三層半熟奶白蛋白同第四層透透地明既蛋白包住蛋黃,層次分明蛋味香,腸仔開邊炸過,唯少了一塊多士,沙爹牛香濃有肉味,加上丁麵都煮得剛剛好,凍檸檬茶個茶味特出,檸檬都唔會孤寒你所以都係十分好飲。可惜天下無不散之延席,近來香港越來越多呢類店舖唔做,除了拍攝記錄外,我只能嘆息! continue reading

去酒局前有時間食個下午茶, 知道附近呢間舊式咖啡廳就嚟光榮結業就過咗嚟裝修停留咗係70年代, 超舊式嘅咖啡廳, 有半百年歷史, 好多老伙記老顧客, 我哋3點半到都差D冇位蔥油豬扒煎蛋飯 - 鬆軟唔柴嘅帶骨豬扒, 邊位有D油脂, 一塊滿足幾個口感, 叫咗炒飯底, 好似好淺色好淡口, 食落又夠鹹味同蛋味, 而且乾身, 撈埋蔥酒大推 乾炒叉燒意粉 - 下午茶份量都好足夠, 叉燒就普通茶記貨色, 但意粉炒得相當香, 有少少焦, 好有鍋氣叫咗茶走同凍奶茶, 凍奶茶叫咗少甜都係偏甜少少, 不過用碎冰加分 continue reading

睇新聞見呢間老字號茶餐廳就黎光榮結業就突登黎捧場晏晝三四點都好爆場 但都攝到兩個人我地被安排坐接近廚房出餐位既二人檯我唔太肚餓叫左個下午茶炸雞翼餐配熱奶茶朋友叫左星洲炒米配紅豆冰睇得出佢爆場 廚房做到踢曬腳 出餐時間耐啲都正常我個炸雞翼熱奶茶同朋友杯紅豆冰要10分鐘先黎到但等個星洲炒米等左差不多30分鐘先有???仲要遲黎過我地既食客碟乾炒牛河都上左???同店員追左幾次 佢就係求其敷衍話「今日多單 出菜時間要耐啲」你晨早講要等咁耐我就唔會叫啦實情係佢廚房炒粉麵飯係要group 單 要儲夠一堆單先至煮如果啱啱已經出咗你碟星洲炒米呢就要等下一輪啦 佢唔係跟張單幾時落嘅次序上菜所以有機會遲嚟過你嘅食客 會有佢碟麵先仲有單好離譜既事我地等食物期間 店員用左我地張檯擺外賣 擺到成檯都係炸雞翼以及一堆與我地無關既外賣霸佔左半張檯好啦 以為佢借用一陣間都無乜所謂 點知佢搞左15分鐘都未移開啲外賣Even 我地食物黎到都唔攞走啲唔關我地事既外賣?!二人檯已經好迫同老闆娘反映咁樣點食呀 佢就話「無辦法 小店地方淺窄」諸多藉口你要張檯黎整理外賣就唔好比人坐啦最癡線係一米之外就有食客離開左既空檯 佢偏要係我地張檯擺成座山既外賣我黎茶餐廳食飯無expect過任何服務 但最基本尊重都要有掛仲要等咗咁耐嘅星洲炒米竟然淡而無味 好微弱嘅咖喱粉味 莫講話鑊氣如果好食既話我條氣都順啲呀唯一佢杯奶茶係唔錯 茶同奶balance 飲落順滑唔鞋口 continue reading
