To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前成日喺路德圍嘅雲桂香食米線,覺得佢都幾好食,今日下晝3點幾行過,見佢無乜人,坐得又幾舒服,d位唔太迫,就入咗去。叫咗個中辣嘅腩肉蘿蔔米線,等咗一陣,好快有得食,睇個樣都應該幾好味,個湯紅紅底,覺得應該好惹味,先飲一啖湯,只有少少辣,又無酸味,又無鹹味,整體味道都好淡,講真都幾失望。米線好淋,不過都可以接受。腩肉就正常,份量就唔多,得幾片。最失望嘅係蘿蔔,一d都唔淋,因為佢好硬,所以都吸唔到d湯,入口好淡無味,絕對係叫唔好食。記得以前嘅雲桂香嘅米線,味道幾好,但噤耐無食,今次食返,真係有d失望。

早上行完荃灣城門水塘,搭小巴回荃灣兆和街吃午餐,已經一身汗水味的我們不想進出商場,所以在路德圍附近尋找美食,碰巧有雲桂香,又熱又累的情況下,不想吃飯又不想食得太飽或求其,米線就最適合了我和朋友都覺得米線在不知不覺的情況下愈來愈受歡迎,以前米線還未那麼普及時,大家喜歡吃甚麼的多呢?朋友說是車仔麵,我都認同。看菜單,選完要甚麼口味的米線,就可以選擇餸,選擇的項目太多,建議不用一次過叫太多,叫自己喜歡及適合自己的份量便可,況且每次來都可以叫不同的。辣度方面,如果不吃辣的朋友還是選擇「唔辣」好了,可以吃得舒服一點,因為對於不能吃辣的我來說「小小辣」也是很辣⋯⋯所以我選擇了唔辣的豬軟骨小鍋米線,朋友點了小小辣的鮮竹龍蝦卷小鍋米線。當然吃米線還是有一點點辣會比較惹味,建議與可以吃辣的朋友一同進食,那麼可以偷一兩匙的小小辣湯底調味其實雲桂香小鍋米線的湯底挺好,配料就一般,豬軟骨沒有我想像中的軟熟、龍蝦卷有一點兒像龍蝦丸,沒有甚麼特別。看到宣傳單張有咸檸七,叫了一杯,嗯⋯⋯沒有很咸,但也算是趕走夏天暑熱的佳品。

自從唔知幾時開始米線傳入香港之後,定時定候食米線/薯粉就成為我嘅習慣。雲桂香都係數一數二我鍾意食嘅。今次叫左雞翼魚腐細薯粉,細著粉幼身啲比較易咬,本人唔太食得辣架,所以叫左小辣已經係極限。雞翼得兩隻,炆得幾入味幾淋。魚腐就好麻麻啦,一食就知普通四海果種。細薯粉嘅煙煙韌韌係我最愛,今日湯底太咸,食完勁口渴,不過呢間分店上菜真係慢咗啲,等左15分鐘。

去到荃灣路德圍這個位置,特地去吃米線,起初以為是以前那一間雲南過橋米線,原來已經换了這間雲桂香米線,既然來到,便試一試。環境比以前好,座位比較舒適,地方比以前乾淨,而人手也比以前多。點了酸辣米線,加了腩肉,大腸及豬潤,需要40元,價錢可以,但味道比以前差, 湯底不夠酸辣, 米線的質地也較以前林,而餸菜不夠入味。整體味道不過不失,但還是掛念以前的味道!!

病到口淡淡,沒什麼食欲,其實除了吃粥外,我覺得可以考慮一下過橋米線。過橋米線這個名字源於古時一位書生的妻子,因為常常為丈夫送飯而奔走過橋,後人把她發明的雞湯米線命名為過橋米缐。它的賣點是湯,再混入各類薄肉片、米線和時蔬,吃的時候將各類材料混入注滿湯的大碗內便成,很方便。湯一般以雞、鴨、排骨、豬骨等熬製,再加點雞油、胡椒等調味。並非第一次吃過橋米線,卻是第一次這樣把分開的材料DIY來吃。不過,如果想自己DIY動手,一定要跟店員說,不然他們會快狠準的把所有材料倒入鍋內。雲桂香的米線湯底,因為用雞熬製,所以湯面有一層亮麗的油花。看似雖然油膩,實際入口只覺雞香濃郁鮮美,意外沒有肥膩的感覺。選用的米線細長潔白,夾起來糊楜的,手感不太好,不過一放入湯中,米線很快便吸收了雞湯的味道,柔韌可口,讓人停不了口。湯面的雞油也起了保溫作用,吃至碗底,還是熱熱的。湯入面加了薑絲,在這樣寒冷的天氣,起了暖胃的作用。雖然店方的配料只有簡簡單單的火腿片、瘦肉片、蟹柳、腐竹、鵪鶉蛋和花枝片,還是讓人覺得很美味。最重要是$48大大碗,足夠兩個人份量,作為下午茶,實在是平靚正之選。
