好耐都冇獎勵過自己啦😌難得出咗花紅,頭獎勵吓自己啦。朋友話呢度啲刺身飯好好食,我叫咗兩個:一個係吞拿魚配拖羅、另一個係右口魚配帶子。第一個反應係,原來呢個世界真係有右口魚😂上網查返資料,先知道右口魚係日本獨有,口感唔會話好肥膩,配埋紫蘇葉,有種清新嘅感覺。另一款拖羅就似返平時食嘅丼飯,油花十足,啖啖係精華,真係好攞命,你叫人哋點樣食返出邊嗰啲普通壽司姐🤣🤣仲叫咗燒雞翼,師傅功力喺呢度一清二楚,外皮金黃香脆,內裏Juice多汁,多一分新焦,減一分就唔熟!兩個字總結:出色!叫咗個火鍋,湯頭味道比較淡,咁樣就食得出食料到底新唔新鮮,睇嚟餐廳對自己嘅食物都好有自信,當然結果都說服左我,每一樣嘢入口都知道係好嘅👍🏼👍🏼尤其是係啲蔬菜,好甜!總括嚟講,係一間味道賣相都好唔錯嘅餐廳! continue reading

嗰日返工見完客,行過香港大學嗰邊,見到有間裝修幾靚嘅日本餐廳,見唔使排隊咪入去試吓囉,點知有幾有驚喜🤩🤩餐廳內裏裝修典雅,近廚房嗰邊有吧枱,可以見到當日最新鮮推介嘅食材。我哋叫咗兩個迷你丼飯,另外叫咗個火鍋,加埋兩串串燒,仲有一個小食。丼飯用了有吞拿魚蓉、帶子等食材,食材好新鮮👍🏼👍🏼更加令人驚艷嘅係呢度嘅山葵係鮮磨,唔係坊間溝粉個種,入口唔會攻鼻!至於串燒方面,我哋叫咗燒雞翼同埋蔥燒雞串,雞翼火候控制得啱啱好,外皮香脆,內裏Juicy,蔥燒雞肉個燒汁不油膩,仲食到食菜嘅原味火鍋入邊有唔同嘅海鮮,有三文魚帶子生蠔鮮蝦,每一款都係刺身等級,另外有少少唔捨得將佢哋做火鍋配料🤣🤣小食我哋叫咗蟹粉豆腐,真材實料,鮮美無味!呢度嘅嘢食精緻美味,係稿賞自己嘅好地方🤩 continue reading

同朋友去完隔離間咖啡舖傾完嘢,轉個頭見到呢間夢之丼又幾靚就試吓佢。朋友唔食得有殼嘅海鮮,如果唔係就會嗌個二人餐都幾抵,而家唯有散嗌😭輕量版一番拖羅丼($128): 有大拖羅,火炙拖羅同葱碎拖羅,仲有玉子。雖然只有每樣一片,但係葱碎拖羅份量都佔三份二,份量慷慨,而且無乜雪味。輕量版二重親子丼($98): 三文魚蓉,三文魚子,松葉蟹,蟹膏豆腐和金蟹子。同樣三文魚用份量好多,只要加少少豉油已經覺得好滿足。要一讚係喺嗰個蟹膏豆腐做咗畫龍點睛嘅作用,加少少落去就吊得出蟹嘅鮮味。 火炙原條海鰻壽司($28),火炙右口魚邊壽司($28):即叫即整,如果可以燒得再焦香少少會更好。自家製梅醬紫蘇葉卷($38):見出邊舖頭好少呢樣嘢所以叫,食落去感覺幾新奇,紫蘇葉同梅醬酸酸地清新開胃。刺身沙律($78):三文魚,吞拿魚,甜蝦再配上柚子醋,好好嘅配搭,而且都新鮮份量都唔算少,兩個人都夠。阿波尾大葱雞肉($38): 用普通燒汁不過雞肉都算大舊,但葱段比較細粒。牛舌($48):一串有三舊,正正常常,唔會過火亦都保留到肉汁嘅。雞中翼兩隻($28):調味料只有鹽巴,出奇地好食,燒得外皮脆脆地,而且價錢都抵食。總結:西環呢邊附近日本嘢食唔算太多,做到呢個價錢而且咁多選擇,都抵食。換碟加水速度都好快,而且店員好有禮貌。 continue reading

今日經過香港大學,順便嚟到地鐵站隔離嘅呢間日本餐廳,整體來講服務唔錯,嘢食都算有水準,大家經過可以試吓!👍🏻👍🏻.🟠花錦魚生丼除左有我至愛三文魚,仲有好多新鮮食材,加埋Wasabi同豉油之後同丼飯一齊食真係好掂👍🏻。值得一提係佢地嘅鮮三文魚子,十分鮮甜😍😍.🟢夢之丼佢哋嘅海鮮同埋份量更加豐富!帆立貝同牡丹蝦都好鮮甜,松葉蟹肉質份量都好多!咁多海鮮都算值回票價😃👍🏻👍🏻.🟡燒羊架佢哋嘅羊架真係值得一讚,熟嘅程度啱啱好,咬落去夠晒入味,又易咬口!☺️☺️☺️下次有機會一定會試吓其他燒物!😄😄.總括而言,呢間日本餐廳環境唔錯,大家食完飯仲可以去海旁行吓,好適合情侶一齊過嚟!👍🏻 continue reading
