韓國名廚白種元早排嚟到香港周圍覓食,同時拍片放上 YouTube,影片即時掀起唔少話題.其中一集講述佢去深水埗文記食車仔麵,於是我又去吓文記開餐,雖然門口排隊人龍唔太長,但隻豬腳突然間有D痛,於是快快搵間餐廳坐底唔想企係到等,結果行落下一條街,試吓另一間車佢麵,餐廳叫任你點.上網睇睇,佢地最出名係花膠,而車仔麵檔有花膠又真係唔多見,於是會一會哩個花膠,睇吓係咪真材實料.我點咗米粉,蘿白豬大腸金錢肚魷魚豬軟骨,女友小熊點咗貢丸牛栢葉雞中翼肥牛花菇,兩碗都,點咗花膠.優點:1, 有花膠提供夠創意,花膠份量唔算少,入味又夠冧,果然名不虛傳!2, 花菇同樣入味又夠冧.3, 唔係檔檔車仔麵有蔥花,任你點有我大愛蔥花提供,讚!4, 湯底清甜.5, 冷氣夠凍.6, 落單寫係塊過膠板上,夠環保.缺點不少:1, 蘿白超甜,但係甜到好似糖水咁就好似有D奇怪!2, 更奇怪係豬大腸有股酸味! 但又唔似變壞,因為我食完之後第二日都無肚痛,可能我消化力強吧,總之.... 果種酸味好奇怪.3, 日式豬軟骨,軟骨部位只係煮成爽脆口感,唔係軟冧口感,軟冧口感更夾自己口味.4, 金錢肚唔入味又有少少韌.5, 牛栢葉縮哂水.6, 貢丸雖然煮熟,但口感有D硬,無咗貢丸果種鬆軟口感.7, 環境俾我感覺係唔夠乾淨,枱面行D古舊風,我就話唔識欣賞啫,但天花又好似滲水,喇叭同埋四圍又有D厚厚嘅塵,牆身又污糟.....8, 座位編排又好奇怪,兩旁座位係面壁而坐,感覺好自閉,唔舒服.最後餐廳又係用趟門設計,D食客又總係無手尾,只識開門唔識唔閂門走哂D冷氣浪費能源.成兩舊水俾咁嘅性質,性價比低,紅磡喜喜麵館更抵更好味,環境衛生又大大扣分,無法唔俾負評了.... continue reading

我有個習慣就係如果見到或諗起好想食嘅食材,就唔理佢係咩菜式,有得食就會滿足。今日見到呢個餐牌就懷住興奮嘅心情食門鱔帶骨炸魚皮。。。食物上桌,心一沉,我就知呢篇食評必然係喊喊。炸魚皮:唔夠脆,冇骨嘅,大家可自行判斷。湯頭:接近清水嘅程度,我叫嘅係小麻辣,係清湯加小小麻辣油。河粉:滑,彈牙,合格以上。雲吞:蝦係爽嘅,味道一般。秘製雞扒:皮脆,有肉汁,全餐最好食嘅,如果當日係為雞扒而來,應該會感到滿意。 牛舌細嗰兩舊好乾,又硬,非常失敗。大嘅部位算靚,但局部位置偏韌,好食講唔上,就不過不失。 continue reading

今日嚟試呢間出名嘅車仔麵,出名大份抵食,麵真係好大碗,配料都比好多,丸一份都比四、五粒。我叫咁油麵,食車仔麵最緊要食落去唔會淋,夠咬口,餸方面我叫咗蘿蔔、咖哩魷魚、餃子。另外叫咗個韮菜。首先湯底方面夠味,食落去唔會好淡。餃子好食,本身餃子都有調味,幾香,又夠大隻。然後成碗都好多蔥,正!對我呢啲蔥迷嚟講,覺得好惹味~咖喱魷魚辣味就唔係好濃,但就夠晒彈牙,份量都唔少。蘿蔔麻麻地,唔係好入味~Overall都幾抵食,啲野都幾大份,但味道上都唔錯 continue reading
