To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期四去食晚飯，因為掃唔到QR code下單，所以找個肥職員下單，問係咪加$10有飲品，佢話無呢樣野喎，再問加飲品要幾錢，佢先話要加$15！我心諗點解唔一早講，好似驚我哋比唔起錢咁！又唔用筆寫低，最終都係落錯單！另外，由落單起計等咗25分鐘先至有得食，其實嗰陣一直都唔多人，要等差唔多半個鐘頭先有得食，又唔係特別好食！其實呢間野唔知係唔係換左名，同之前既餐牌唔同曬！唉，香港有呢啲職員，咁嘅服務態度加上味道麻麻哋，唔怪之得食市無人幫襯！

銅鑼灣食lunch，周圍都排滿隊。難得見到間有位置馬上入去。但浪費了金錢和肚皮的空間 😔雞扒蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬$66，整碗蕃茄湯底味道和質量一般，所謂雞扒，就像雞胸一樣，很嚡除了肉質不是軟嫩，肉也有點異味，像是不太新鮮。。。湯內幾件蕃茄像是生的，兩條蜜糖豆的質感更生，好大草青味。總括而言，其實是烏冬或烏冬、蕃茄還蕃茄、蜜糖豆還蜜糖豆，彼此像沒關係的，便將食材夾入碗內完事 😔而且味精極重，食幾啖就很口渴。難怪左右食店都滿座，只有他們有這麼多空位，也從不見有人排隊的食肆

見之前都有d 劣評，都有d 擔心。不過姑且試一試。叫咗味噌雞扒配蕃茄湯烏冬：湯底：先試一啖湯底，酸酸甜甜，個湯底唔會太稀，都算濃郁。我會比合格分數。個味道好似金寶罐頭濃湯蕃茄湯嘅味道。（非貶義）烏冬：都算彈牙煙靭，係預期中讚岐烏冬嘅質感。味噌雞扒：食第一啖，唔覺得有咩味噌嘅味道，不過個皮都算燒得脆，帶點點焦香，雞肉整體偏淡。食多少少，有一啲似有還無嘅味噌味。味道：★★★☆☆ 環境：★★★☆☆ 值得一試指數：★★★☆☆

趁攞完馬拉松選手包去咗附近皇室堡求其搵間嘢食見到呢間食烏冬嘅裝修好似幾日式坐得好似幾舒服就入咗去啦.哇啲選擇多到呢有廿幾個套餐任君選擇 😅😅😅有選擇困難症嘅，我揀咗勁耐先揀到又有壽司餐🍣又有熟食餐🍜🍲連壽喜燒鍋都有.叫咗燒雞扒加烏冬份量十足烏冬又岩岩好食完好飽仲有個奶凍個奶凍係好出色既幾smooth 飯後一點甜係不錯.重點係服務態度幾好啲阿姐留意👀到個火有啲猛會主動話幫你較細啲幾細心甘的價錢有甘的服務係值得贊的🤍

同朋友收工港島食飯附近皇室堡隨便搵左呢間食平時成日食滑蛋豬扒都係配飯今次見佢有烏冬可以揀就試下烏冬都好煙韌滑蛋仲有d蛋汁喺到甜甜地撈埋一齊食唔錯豬扒正常發揮番茄湯番茄味都算濃郁雞扒都算嫩滑整體唔錯👍🏻
