其實我最鍾意呢度嘅片皮鴨嘅原因係因為,佢真係好多配料對比起其他食片皮鴨嘅地方,佢都冇咁多配菜俾你而且呢邊肉嘅份量係真係好足同埋佢嘅皮都係好好食,唔會話好肥好腬完全食唔落口

之前喺灣仔幫襯過呢間餐廳,今次同朋友聚餐,大家都有意想食片皮鴨,就揀咗位於尖沙咀嘅呢間專食片皮鴨嘅中餐。我哋叫咗個二人套餐$718🔖雞絲粉皮 & 揚州水晶肉前菜份量有點少,味道可以🔖蔥油海蜇拌黃瓜蜇絲爽脆,配上青瓜🥒屬於開胃小菜系列🔖香菜鮮魚羹食唔到鮮魚味,感覺味道好淡,呢到菜麻麻哋🔖烤北京填鴨半隻重頭戲!大推呢間嘅北京填鴨,好好食,睇得出係肉比較多,而皮份量少啲,感覺唔會好似淨係食皮咁油膩,大家都讚不絕口,所以我哋另外在套餐包嘅半份填鴨,再單獨叫多咗半隻🥰🔖金腿濃湯津白份量唔少如果鍾意北京填鴨可以一試❤️

隔了很久後重臨古琴雅苑掛住高性價比之北京填鴨😝依然是很多人食,有人在等位,本以為冇訂座會冇得食🍽️但員工竟然叫我去6樓拎位,會快啲😶滿心疑惑,6樓明明是日本餐廳😟但原來已經好生意到擴張多一層🫣但6樓依然係日本餐廳裝修😆好驚自己入錯😅✳️烤北京填鴨(半隻) 👍👍👍正宗食法,先以鴨皮沾糖,糖與脆皮脂合而為一,入口即化,滿口油香🤩雖然只有半隻,但份量絕不會少🥹建議趁熱食,凍左口感會差少少😋而鴨卷餅十分煙韌,有咬感,好食 🤤✳️意大利黑醋骨 👍👍👍黑醋香濃郁,甜甜的,十分開胃🤲🏻而且不需用力便輕鬆咬開,十分方便😋不會因為要大力咬開骨肉而影響食相😝✳️開洋蔥油拌麵 👍👍拌麵較乾身,放一陣已經少少乾身,少少定形🫣從而有點難撈得到均衡,建議趁熱處理🫣蔥油較少,如果可以多少少會更好👌✳️荷葉杭州雞(半隻)👍👍雞肉十分軟諗,一夾便能輕易分離骨肉👍但雞肉就不屬於滑,偏軟諗到爛的質地🫢透出淡淡荷葉香,但整體未覺有什麼特別之處🤪
