不要以為男士們一大班「去滾」是壞男孩呢!其實,去滾是一間超人氣、極具特色的火鍋店。去滾以香港的道地風味為主題,融合了懷舊與現代的元素,環境傳統得來又帶新穎感。入到去,首先一定會被餐廳內部的裝潢吸引眼球。餐廳好多牆身帶有港式懷舊畫,牆上和天花亦掛著香港現代特色嘅霓虹燈,「唔滾唔知身體好」、「登龍街上走」、「女人唔狠」等等,句句香港人先會明白嘅香港話潮語,一看就好有懷舊crossover現代的香港風情。餐單亦設計得別具匠心,採用了類似香港報紙的設計,令人點餐時亦非常過癮。⭐1. 自助醬料區餐廳設自助特色醬料區,顧客可以根據自己的喜好隨意調配醬料,醬料有胡麻醬、沙茶醬、川味麻辣油、芫荽炸蒜等等。任君選擇。⭐️2. 麻辣鮮淮山鴨血鍋火鍋的靈魂在於湯底,麻辣鮮淮山鴨血鍋無疑是去滾的明星湯底。湯底選用新鮮的淮山和鴨血,麻辣的味道恰到好處,淮山清甜咬落去爽口,鴨血亦夠滑嫩,麻辣味將整個鍋提升不少層次。⭐️3. 去滾咪走雞 (1/4隻)新鮮雞肉肉質鮮嫩多汁,將雞肉控制適當火侯,再搭配特製的醬料,每一口都能感受到肉質的彈性,亦非常配合麻辣湯底的惹味。⭐️4. 美國手切牛頸脊手切牛頸脊絕對是非一般普通肥牛。肉質經精心挑選,切割恰到好處,保留了肉的鮮嫩和油脂。下鍋後,牛肉迅速吸收了湯底的精華。餐廳亦教落,大約淥15秒左右,口感就更鮮美,非常滑溜。⭐️5. 皇帝菜皇帝菜是小妹愛食的蔬菜選擇,是火鍋必點的蔬菜選擇。⭐️ 6. 潮汕爆汁手打牛丸餐廳用的是潮汕手打牛丸,Q彈得來,內裡包著濃郁的牛肉汁。咬下去一瞬間,肉汁四溢,肉汁在口中爆發出來。⭐️7. 中國茗茶 香片(每壺)香片茶茶味清新,可以中和火鍋的油膩感,比起飲汽水更要健康。⭐️8. 雜果味爆爆珠仙草凍(甜品)這份甜品外觀精緻,呈上時有冰煙,望起瞬間透心涼。這款甜品有西瓜、哈蜜瓜,與仙草的清香非常配合,帶來清新的口感。食完整個人簡直透心涼。我最後和男朋友說,下次「去滾」記得叫埋我! continue reading

餐廳裝潢偏古雅,但當中融合了型格的原素。這就是我對這家餐廳的第一印象,型格古風。餐廳的牌匾上面也有一些好有gimmick的字眼,非常有趣。我們選好鍋底和食物就開動了,我們選的都是比較簡單的,想吃一些特別食材都有。🍲鍋底:芫茜皮蛋滑豆腐湯 $138湯底奶白色,芫茜/皮蛋/豆腐是我在外面打邊爐以來,份量給得最大方,吃了好幾轉還有,滑豆腐也名不虛傳,非常滑溜。火鍋料✴️🥩安格斯牛柳粒 $128份量挺多的,牛味非常濃,油脂豐富,入口甘香軟滑。✴️🐔去滾咪走雞(1/4隻)$78份量𣎴多,可能因為是走地雞的緣故,雞皮有點脆脆的,而且雞肉比較爽滑。✴️🫘鮮腐竹 $38爽滑,打邊爐如果有,是我必點的食物,不過不用煮太久,因為好容易溶化掉。✴️🥬芥蘭苗 $55很嫩,不用煮太耐。✴️🍄‍🟫香菇貢丸 (4粒)$48非常爽彈。✴️🧆 爆汁手打牛丸 (4隻)$48爽口彈牙,牛味濃,真爆汁。✴️🧆手工潮汕魚皮餃 (6隻)$38不是很大粒,但是很好吃。✴️🦐鮮蝦餛飩(4隻)$58有原隻鮮蝦肉,很鮮很彈牙。✴️🧆鮮肉韭菜餃 (4隻)$58餃子餡調味很好,不過餃子皮比較鬆散。✴️🦐下面滑 手打蝦滑 $98新鮮蝦滑也加了原隻鮮蝦,我很喜歡。雖然名字有點怪🤣飲品:🍹青檸梳打 $38 x 2喜歡它甜度很低,梳打氣泡很足,加上青檸,在打邊爐熱辣辣的過程中,一冷一熱非常爽。總結,“去滾”首先店名已經好開宗明義,裝修又古典中帶着型格,食物也不錯,值得來這裏打邊爐。 continue reading
