我們於20/2(二)約下午三點四十五分左右到達餐廳,餐廳空間感十足,當時也有不少位置。店員給我們menu,之後出去點餐及埋單。由於沒有set,我們單點叫了3樣野。❶Tofu Mousse Matcha Cube 豆腐慕絲抹茶蛋糕($60):外表是一個白色正方體,外邊是豆腐慕絲,入口絲滑,內有蛋糕層,2層抹茶🍵雪糕層及紅豆🫘,口味清淡,吃完也不膩👍🏻❷Lingia First Flush Tea Cake Roll 大吉嶺香摘白玉蛋糕卷($58):最令人喜出望外的一個甜品,卷蛋內里的茶cream真的有淡淡的茶味,亦有2粒白玉,cream也不少👍🏻喜歡茶的值得一試❸Impossible Wrap 烤汁素肉卷餅($90):有2條素肉卷餅,旁有沙律菜🥗伴碟。素肉卷餅比想像中大條(因為有些cafe是一分二上碟),素肉卷由左邊到右邊都有(有些是分佈不平均),素肉卷🌮內有洋蔥碎🧅,熱騰騰吃👍🏻Cafe在銅鑼灣就像一個嘈吵的地方內有一個寧靜的喘息之地,雖然價錢略貴,但食物質素不錯 continue reading

Basao tea主打茶飲,各種清茶、奶類茶飲,仲有茶類甜點、鹹食。裝修採用日式禪系風格,主要用木色、杏色,加入少許植物,簡約、自然,令人喺銅鑼灣鬧市中都可以獲得片刻嘅寧靜。*牛油果酸種麵包吐司配煙燻茶葉溏心蛋 $113酸種麵包烘熱咗外層,中間保持到濕潤度。牛油果切片鋪面,帶少許黑點,淋上微酸油醋汁,配搭經典冇得輸。溏心蛋帶明顯嘅茶香、煙燻,可惜蛋黃稍稍過熟。岩石牛奶 $47大紅袍茶葉用整espresso嘅方法整一shot濃縮茶液,再加入打咗奶泡嘅熱牛奶。茶味奶味各佔一半,平衡得好好,唔會澀,茶嘅回甘味比較少。 continue reading

原來,上一次寫食評已係2020年懶了一陣子,依家要重新出發,努力搵食,努力筆耕~今早因有事要過黎銅鑼灣,一直也想試呢間既早餐。前兩次黎都係下午茶時間,人好多,坐得滿滿的。我是被焙茶鮮奶所吸引,再次幫襯。今早9點幾,全店無人,店員親切的打招呼,真係名符其實既good morning。早餐有bagel, salad bowl, 種類唔算多,都係單點,無set.叫了個牛油果酸種麵包配溏心蛋,再加我既至愛焙茶鮮奶 (轉oat milk加5蚊)。食品賣相一流,食指大動! 份量唔算大,女仔我覺得介乎輕食至飽肚既份量。牛油果好味,麵包配了酸甜的醬汁,不會過鹹。溏心蛋用小兜裝住,方便進食時漏汁都唔會太論盡。我自己好喜歡個溏心蛋汁,有微酒味,香甜。反而蛋外面有點硬,略為過熟。整體而言,都係上乘水平。焙茶鮮奶走甜,好夠茶味,依然係我至愛美好一天,由美味早餐開始 continue reading
