To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣早餐選擇不多,去完維園不二之選係《喜喜冰室》,大約$4 x一個餐絕對超值,而且坐得舒服,呢間仲有室外座位,方便煲煙一族。🥢早餐B $46⭐️⭐️⭐️(豬扒煎蛋公仔麵+脆香扒多士+熱華田)兩個餐嘅多士都好好味,非一般牛油多士,呢塊似蒜香味,豬扒味道唔錯又夠腍,至於公仔麵就完全唔掂,預咗係大光麵,但煮得唔夠腍兼且湯底無乜味,扣分!🥢囍茶餐 $65⭐️⭐️⭐️(火腿炒蛋+芝士牛油扒多士+叉燒意粉+熱阿華田)火腿炒蛋加蔥好正,蛋夠香夠滑,牛油多士加芝士好邪惡但勁好味,叉燒又乾又柴好難食,意粉爽口彈牙唔錯,下次睇吓有冇得揀半肥瘦叉先。。。二人共消費:$111

幾年前的喜喜冰室是非常有名氣的網紅店,每次經過都可以看到很多遊客在店外打卡。這種風氣近幾年比較少見,今天來探店,終於知道原因所在。店面是很不錯的,有足夠的道具而且裝修風格是九十年代香港,挺有情懷的。餐廳也在播90年代很有名的歌曲,環境可謂一流!午餐選擇挺多的,價錢算是中價位。食物質素非常一般。首先餐包沒有烘熱,沒有附送牛油,直接吃有點乾硬。咖哩飯不好吃。。。醬汁非常濃稠,可以看得出用了很多茨汁。。而味道並不泰式也不港式,只是有點辣的咖哩味而已。幸好雞塊蠻大的也不算嫩滑,整體只能是勉強合格。。這個價位銅鑼灣還有蠻多選擇,試了一次便足夠了。

唸住耐無食喜喜,過嚟食下。進店後發現似係轉左手,價錢上都調整左,之後叫左個假日套餐同雜扒餐。之後上個湯,平平無奇既羅宋湯。之後有2塊多士係跟餐既,正常水準。叫左個青咖哩豬扒,咖哩汁好似開水咁,好稀,無乜咖哩味。野食溫度唔係話好熱!雜扒餐等左半個鐘,落單時職員無話要等咁耐,無比紙巾你預備倒汁,當你自己倒個陣真係彈到周圍都係。d扒又薄又細,似雜肉多過扒。以前雜扒餐係飽到食唔晒,而家收$158但比d肉就當係扒!

$226 茶餐廳兩個餐唔覺得好平,expect 會有少少服務但係:1. 三十幾度冷氣好唔夠2. 叫左個意粉半粒鐘都未到3.問職員咩都叫你自己睇餐牌,唔會答4. 落單唔會幫你,咩都叫你自己QR code 搞掂5. 但係去攞個碗又比人話你要叫職員唔可以自己攞餐具6. 可能有台係貴客,個staff 淨係同佢哋吹水唔駛做,唔駛招呼大家 總結:消費懷緬香江歲月,但一定要用QR code 落單,我個人覺得有D矛盾。$226 兩個人食個茶餐廳仲要受氣。真係冇下次。完。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
