放假中午 12:00 noon，也許時間尚早，人少，多位。我選了對窗的吧枱位，望海正面對住銅鑼灣避風塘遊艇會的遊艇，清楚見到怡和午炮（The Jardine   Noonday Gun）喺岸邊。呢個景觀，無價，超值。QR code 落單，叫了一人拉麵套餐，包拉麵１碗／蟹棒蟹籽沙律１份／餃子３隻／罐裝汽水330ml。正價 HK$128+10%＝HK$141，夏日減價 HK$128+10%-HK$20 = HK$121。食物來得好快。沙律的蟹棒無乜味，餃子一般正路。麵入面的一片叉燒一般，半隻溏心蛋反而幾好，喜歡有好多紅薑天婦羅。拉麵可能我叫幼麵正常軟硬，但因最後先食，結果浸耐咗，比較腍咗少少，但吸汁，下次選軟硬程度時可以試選「硬」。今次選了蕃茄蝦湯底，非常濃郁的蝦味，不會太鹹，啱我口味，喜歡，整碗湯飲晒都唔覺味精唔口渴。值得再嚟！ continue reading

▪️一幻拉麵▪️📍銅鑼灣告士打道280號世貿中心3樓L3-07號舖📝 ★☆☆☆☆ 👎✅先講好既野，餐廳環境望落幾大，仲有🌆玻璃窗望海景食拉麵，視覺上係幾好🤫❌一坐低想斟杯水飲，🫗見到啲杯好油好肥膩，好似冇洗乾淨咁，已經扣分👎🔹適量豚骨 蝦味湯拉麵🔹 ▫️湯或重蝦味🦐，上面亦有啲脆卜卜嘅炸薑粒增加口感。🈴▫️😣但係塊叉燒又柴又乾，唔掂💔▫️隻蛋係唔錯嘅，好流心🥚▫️🍜個麵不過不失，正常發揮。▫️全碗野靠個湯底，所以啲人話湯底係拉麵嘅靈魂講得一啲都冇錯。🤭🔹煎餃子🔹🥟普通到不能再普通。無野可以評論。💸埋單時發現原來用訂位app 有8折，不過應該唔會再有下一次。😓完！ continue reading

    位置便利嘅世貿中心前面，可以欣賞到怡和午炮嘅餐廳唔多，一幻係其中一間，人流雖然唔多，但如果想坐海景位置最好都係要訂位。二人同行優惠做緊極上海鮮蝦湯拉麵，手機自助方便左加右加，選擇係唔少、蝦大大隻、味道亦都十分濃郁，份量夠多，唯一嘅係湯底唔夠熱，之前嗰啲食完麵碗湯仲超級熱嘅。話雖如此，我覺得整體來說都算唔錯。另外，我哋發現咗日本知名 Afternoon Tea TEAROOM 除咗尖沙咀，仲開咗喺隔離，下次可以再安排去試。 continue reading

    望避風塘的日本拉麵店

    早前去過銅鑼灣世貿中心幫襯過兩間餐廳時，曾經行過這間拉麵店，遇上今天去開銅鑼灣，於是就走去試試。去到大概下午3:00左右，因過咗食飯時間唔使等大把位，員工叫隨便坐，選擇咗望避風塘的吧枱坐。第一次去這間店，什麼出名不知道，見到一人拉麵套餐做推廣，包括拉麵、蟹棒蟹籽沙律、餃子（3隻）、飲品，就叫嚟試試。一個套餐叫咗原味拉麵（醬油/幼麵），另一個叫蝦汁拌麵，飲品要懷舊歌波子汽水拉麵好夠熱有蝦汁味添，喝一口唔錯，另外拌麵一樣有蝦汁味，個人覺得蝦汁多一些更妙（或另上一小碗汁）。餃子夠熱，整個餐拌沙拉可解濃味道，又有蟹棒蟹籽拌沙拉，唔錯的配搭好好。第一次食唔錯！服務方面，員工有禮貌，送上熱拉麵時提一提小心熱湯，只係今時今日大部份餐廳都係QR code落單，與員工少了互動反而覺得員工cool cool的，無服務了，可惜！地方可望銅鑼灣避風塘，地方也整潔。 continue reading
