今次我放假同埋屋企人出左黎銅鑼灣行下,同長輩食就梗係揀d岩佢地食既野啦,我就揀左呢間福建菜食飯✌🏻餐廳既格局同酒樓相似,呢再比酒樓更華麗同高貴,同埋唔會好多人好嘈咁,係舒適好多,屋企人都好滿意,我地坐低先送上碟炸紫菜做餐前小食,脆卜卜咁又幾好食😌蝦苗頭水紫菜($58)由於比個小食吸引左,我地叫左碟蝦苗頭水紫菜做開胃菜,少少酸酸地鹹鹹地咁,口感幼嫩,夠曬醒胃🥬芋泥香酥鴨($98)香酥鴨外層酥脆,裡面用芋泥包住d鴨肉,由脆到綿到肉,成件事好有層次感🦆石鍋滑豆腐($98)呢個豆腐我覺得係驚喜之作,豆腐表層少少煎香煎脆,裡面既豆腐超級滑,然後就係個醬汁好惹味,撈飯食一流,醬汁下面仲有一層好似蒸蛋既豆腐,吸曬d汁好好食😋清蒸大閘蟹($138)依家仲係大閘蟹季節,餐廳都仲緊推廣,我地叫左清蒸大閘蟹試下,size唔細,蟹膏份量好足,而且味道好鮮,趁當造真係要食🦀酥炸冰心榴蓮($58)呢個甜品又係勁正,可以話好食過甜品店既甜品,包面酥脆既皮包住裡面凍既榴蓮蓉,果種夾既口味真係呢度先做到😍建蓮雪耳湯($38)(打卡即送)呢個糖水如果有各大平台打卡就有得送,料好足,夠曬清潤,而且甜度都好夠👏🏻呢間餐廳環境同食物質素都高,同埋佢地好多菜式其實都有分大細份量,人多人少都可以食到,價錢亦都唔貴,佢都好多分店,想食茶樓類既呢間係幾好既選擇👍🏻 continue reading

捉緊大閘蟹的尾巴,叫左個餐過下癮。有得揀大閘蟹煮法係正,熟醉酒香甜同蟹味膏味好夾,更鮮,而且會送杯薑茶。前菜有荀片同紫菜。炸紫菜比酸醋紫菜更香濃紫菜味,但後者又好開胃,都好食嘅。個餐仲包括蟹肉紫菜豆腐羹、平安麵/滷麵/炒米粉、黃金荷葉包同糖水。粉米粉夠爽身多料,有蟶子肉、蜆、腩肉、蝦等等;荷葉包係炸起嘅包,可以夾肉絲一齊食。至於糖水,係一般糖水店食唔到嘅紅棗花生湯,兩種味道帶少少甜,有咬口,唔錯。八卦望下,門口貼住9年米之連推介,唔知係咪因為咁,覺得服務比其他分店好。 continue reading

屋企人成日聽一個朋友提起哩間餐廳,仲每個月都會食一次,佢哋心思思想試,今日帶埋我一齊去哩間餐廳。餐廳位於利舞臺廣場,近地鐵站,好方便。餐廳裝修好靚,環境舒服乾淨。咁岩今次被安排坐卡位,枱與枱中間有一定距離,通道闊落,而且樓底夠高,就算坐滿人,都唔會好嘈。精美四小拼 ($128)先叫一個小食拼盤,有四款福建傳統前菜。家鄉燜筍乾用肉汁燜嘅筍乾,好入味,淡淡咸香,唔會好濃味。九轉小腸係福建傳統手工腸套腸,一層一層做得好靚。福建筍凍睇落有啲似潮州嘅餚肉,上面有啲蒜頭辣椒碎,浸住豉油汁。水晶果凍入面包住一條條煙煙韌韌嘅嘢,當我哋討論緊係咩嚟嘅時候,職員經過聽到,介紹俾我哋知係海沙蟲。好在當時無即場上網search個樣🤣🤣蝦苗頭水紫菜水紫菜係指每年頭次採割嘅紫菜。紫菜混入蝦米同醬汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃,好適合做前菜。閩南五香卷 ($68/6粒)用豆皮包住肉餡,再去炸。外皮酥脆,食到餡入面有啲馬蹄,雖然係炸但唔會好油。不過略嫌餡料唔夠實,口感有啲削。福建特色海蠣煎 ($118)福建式煎蠔餅,蠔餅厚身,蠔粒粒大隻。但係中間多餡料嘅位比較咸。都係潮州嘅,炸到脆脆嘅好味啲😛酥炒芋芯 ($98 / 例)將芋頭切粒,外面包一層脆糖漿,外脆內軟,好好味👍🏻石鍋滑豆腐 ($98 / 例)最後,叫咗一個豆腐鍋。其實係俾隔離枱吸引到,見到隔離枱食緊,賣相睇落唔錯,於是叫嚟試下。豆腐有啲似玉子豆腐,好滑。先將豆腐外皮煎香,再用茨汁煮到入味,食到有少少豆板醬嘅味道,但唔會辣。個汁好好送飯,而且石鍋保溫,食到尾都仲係熱辣辣,好好食😋餐廳近期做緊免費甜品優惠,只要喺大眾點評 或者 google打卡,就可以送一份甜品。每一個客人完成打卡,就送一份。如果全枱食客都打卡的話,就每人都有一份免費甜品。甜品可以揀 薄荷枇杷凍 或者 建蓮雪耳湯。薄荷枇杷凍果凍食到淡淡薄荷味,可以解膩。上面有奇亞籽,仲有一粒枇杷,好清新。建蓮雪耳湯雪耳煮到好軟,入口即溶。兩款甜品都唔會太甜,唔錯。整個晚飯體驗都好滿意,淨係服務都滿分。職員會主動幫我哋加水。食緊前菜嘅時候,職員聽到我哋對菜色好有興趣,當每上一道菜都會做簡單介紹。食物嘅味道同份量都唔錯,調味唔會太重手。枱面上有一樽辣椒醬,唔食得辣嘅就唔好試,真係好辣🙈食五香卷嘅時候,職員話可以點辣椒醬食,唔小心落太多,好辣🙈上網見到原來餐廳喺海外都有好多分店。宜家即場登記做會員,仲可以有現金券,可以即刻用。如果想搵一間坐得舒服,質素好啲嘅中菜,而價錢又唔想太貴,可以考慮試下👍🏻 continue reading

聖誕節將到,很多人計劃外遊,所以提前了聖誕聚餐,我也是半個莆田人,但真沒吃過福建菜,來到才知道這裡是米芝蓮推薦餐廳,期待的心就上升了。餐廳不大,還好有廂房,裝點得雅緻溫馨,一盤鮮美的插花放在大圓桌中間,兩邊分別是沙發和佈菜的桌子。人齊上菜,先是幾個冷菜,最特別是紫菜,有酸的蝦皮紫菜鮮香滑溜,炸紫菜鹹脆,油燜筍的味道不錯,滷大腸做得像香腸很好吃。餚肉較硬,凍雞較柴,失色之作。正菜開始露筍糖心鮑魚,一條青露筍,一隻鮑魚,淋上蠔油汁,看起來不錯,味道也好,但是冷的,應該熱吃的食物一但冷了,就沒有了香味,整個菜大打折扣。薑母鴨用瓦鍋上菜,燜軟的鴨子,上面鋪滿薑蓉,應該是很香的,同樣問題是不熱,吸引力降了,雖然味道不錯,但在米芝蓮推薦的架子下,就有點夠不着了。跟著的菜品也有同樣的問題,只有青菜和炸豬手是熱的,這裡的菜式很有特色,食材新鮮,多海產,蝦皮,乾貝作為配搭,味道是上好的,服務也是不錯,但服務生的普通話太爛了,有待改善才能服務好主流遊客。💪💪 continue reading
