如果打算去吃景,而不介意食物質素和服務的話,可以去試下。見有好多正評所以去試下,失望而回。服務態度,和食物質素,以兩個人食左 $1700 黎講,絕對不值。湯底是花雕醉雞鍋($168)無酒香味二人海鮮拼盤($398)更是令人失望(蟶子 ok, 扇貝一般,果四粒細細蜆,兩隻瘦弱的蝦就堅失望)牛拼($768)味道一般,不值這個價菜拼($78)不過不失埋單二人連醬料,飲品,其他,加一共$17xx我地唔飲酒,埋單覺得伙記面黑黑。P.S. 由於沒有放上其他物品比對,事後看附圖好像還可接受,大家自己衡量😞 continue reading

今日細佬生日佢又係鍾意食打邊爐嘅,所以就想搵一間質素好啲嘅火鍋店,呢間喺銅鑼灣食街-登龍街入邊嘅酒窩,見到食評唔錯就想去試吓啦!呢度有可以一次過試吓四款唔同嘅湯底,包括左麻辣、胡椒豬肚、杏汁白肺同埋蕃茄湯,我哋叫咗好多嘢食包括左牛將軍拼盤(有牛心頂、牛、胸、爽同埋牛筋)。另外要咗手切肥牛、鴨血、脆肉鯇、魚蛋、雞髀菇、蓮藕、手打墨魚丸、牛柏葉、豬皮等等,另外嗌咗個椒鹽鮮魷小食,呢個魷魚炸粉好薄熱辣辣好好食,另外再叫咗一jar紫貝天葵,味道酸酸甜甜啱晒打邊爐嘅時候飲。記得訂枱嘅時候要求坐窗口位,夜晚黑都可以睇到維港嘅景色,呢度枱與枱之間唔會好迫,所以坐得好舒服,下次可以再嚟! continue reading

有friend好中意打邊爐,次次約親我都喺去火鍋店,本來都冇點期待,結果呢間酒鍋都幾俾到驚喜我,環境舒服,食物有gimmick得黎素質都唔錯。《酒火入鍋》次次揀火鍋湯底都有選擇困難,而呢個鍋有5個口味,包括左番茄波士頓龍蝦鍋、潮州沙嗲鍋、四川麻辣鍋、清湯蘿蔔牛腩同埋木瓜鍋,一次過試曬唔同口味。除左木瓜鍋,其餘4個湯底都幾好味,木瓜鍋主要喺用黎做噴火gimmick用的,店員會喺木瓜鍋上澆酒,然後用火點燃,製造火焰升騰嘅視覺效果,但因為呢個湯底有酒味,我就冇用黎涮食物。番茄同沙嗲湯底夠惹味,可以提升食物嘅鮮味,麻辣湯底辣度適中,清湯就好鮮甜,四個口味都不相伯仲,各有優點。《黑毛豬豚腩肉玫瑰花拼盤》呢個拼盤大大份,豚肉肥瘦適中,又夠油香,而且肉片夠厚肉,食落真喺啖啖肉,最為配沙嗲湯底,食落最香甜惹味。《開心小企鵝》呢個喺企鵝形狀嘅墨魚丸,造型可愛,而且煮完都keep到個樣,企鵝嘴係枸杞黎,整體口感彈爽。《什菌拼盤、蔬菜拼盤》食材新鮮,處理得好乾淨,以為望落唔算多,但其實好大份,三個人都好夠食。《黑松露蝦蟹餃、韭菜餃》兩款餃子都皮薄肉餡多,黑松露味好突出,配合蝦蟹肉餡味道香甜,而韭菜餃亦都鮮美多汁,大大隻好抵食。 continue reading
