當我最近光顧IFC Fuel Coffee時，我對這次經歷感到非常失望。更讓我無法接受的是服務質素。店員似乎對工作缺乏熱情和專業態度。坐低睇menu既時候要求我地必須要點左餐先可以坐，用極差既語氣。在我提出一些關於菜單的問題時，他們顯得不耐煩，並沒有提供任何有用的建議或幫助。點單時我感覺自己像是在打擾他們，這種感覺讓人非常不舒服。整體而言，這次的消費經歷讓我留下了非常不好的印象。飲品的質量和服務水平都需要大幅提升我希望這家店能夠重視顧客的反饋，作出改進。

I have ordered two drinks with my friendMy friend almost finished his, mine still waiting.The waitress passed by and wanted to service the wrong beverage to me.I rejected and told her what I have ordered.She comeback again and suggested to check my receipt. So ridiculous. It is your job, pls. do not make me feel like you are my boss. I let her see my receipt and complain that service here is not as good as fuel in PP1, they never forget what I have ordered and always send the right beverages to my seat.Then the waitress start blah blah Come on, you are not buying my service,Could you pls for the sake stop your excuse and just get my right order???

🍰超濃嘅朱古力味蛋糕，不過就甜左少少，如果超愛食甜嘅人一定唔會say no。咖啡就唔洗講，出名香好飲☕️，想飲咖啡就會搵附近有冇Fuel，真心冇得輸，每次見到都會推薦身邊嘅朋友。

藉著等待的時間，去咖啡店休息一會，是個挺好的選擇。這次去了一家在IFC的店舖，是半開放式的店舖。店裡裝修簡約，環境不算嘈吵，可以靜靜地享受下午茶。-▪︎Mocha HKD$58很特別的心心拉花，咖啡顏色較深色。朱古力偏重，帶點朱古力苦味。咖啡味被朱古力蓋過，加入鮮奶感覺好些。-▪︎Earl Grey HKD$72英式茶壺裝著感覺很美，有茶隔配著較方便飲用。伯爵茶茶味清香，但放久了味道略苦。打開茶壺看裡面不太多茶，不明為何會這樣苦😂，這個感覺價格偏貴。-▪︎Apricot Mini Cake HKD$52看到有這口味就想試試看，蛋糕質感鬆軟，不過很易就散開成碎😂。這個杏子味不太重，略為淡了一點，整體味道微甜。-▪︎Coffee and Date Cake HKD$56店員會把濃郁咖啡擠進裡面，應該會有流心的，但切開後已被滲入蛋糕。所以蛋糕口感較濕潤，咖啡味較重的感覺。-

約左人係IFC見面但又未夠鐘，所以就想搵間Cafe坐低飲杯野，順便等時間過。5點左右因為驚飲完咖啡夜晚會瞓唔著😂 所以就揀左杯Iced Chocolate，估唔到會咁香濃，朱古力唔會得個甜字，反而飲到少少苦味同朱古力嘅香味👍🏽
