在中環海濱活動空間睇完音樂會後才吃晚飯,去了中環街市的food court,這是第一次去地下那層food court。 Food court的點餐系統方便食客,掃完枱上的QR code後,就可在仍在營業的餐廳中的點餐,不用取餐,店家會將餐點直接送來。順。生牛肉牛肉丸湯河,多了3粒牛丸就比生牛肉湯河貴$6。生牛肉份量足夠,大約有四片,生牛肉仍然粉嫩,柔軟易咬又不油膩。湯底清澈又好香牛味,牛肉丸彈牙有肉汁。河粉爽滑又帶點厚度,有口感。加上有芽菜、蔥、洋蔥及金不換,充滿越式風味。辣椒及青檸汁可按自個人口味自行添加,另有酸辣汁,個人認為加入酸辣汁就嚐不到牛湯香,所以就沒加啊。湯河的份量不算太大碗,男生可能要額外加點小食才夠飽。 continue reading

餐廳:順。越南牛肉粉地點:中環街市菜式:越南菜餐牌:下午茶餐牌簡單,有湯粉(河/檬),撈檬同小食。加$10可配汽水。去counter落order比錢之後等食物出。隔離就有位坐。蕃茄蟹膏蟹肉蝦丸扎肉湯檬 $72蕃茄蟹膏蟹肉蝦丸扎肉湯檬個湯果然係紅色,濃濃番茄味,甜甜地好好飲,呢個湯配幼身檬粉又幾夾。檬粉份量超多,食極都有,好滑溜!主角係一pat鹹香金黃色蟹膏同有唔少去殼蟹肉,好有蟹味,令成個湯好有蟹鮮味!蝦丸兩粒,呈淺橙色,都算彈牙。扎肉兩片,彈牙多汁。除左芽菜,仲有唔少新鮮番茄,面頭再加上芫荽。呢碗蕃茄蟹膏蟹肉蝦丸扎肉湯檬都幾豐富,而且味道又濃蟹味又濃鮮茄味,非常出色!順。生牛肉湯河 $56順。生牛肉湯河個湯好清,唔似有落味精,味道唔會太濃。生牛肉幾大片,口感味道都唔錯。伴有洋蔥圈,大量蔥條,芽菜,薄荷葉,蔥花同脆脆。另上一細片青檸同辣椒粒等你自己調味。河粉係幼身,好淋滑。會安雞絲扎肉湯河 $56會安雞絲扎肉湯河就有扎肉五片,口感彈牙當中有粒粒爽口好似軟骨粒,味道都唔錯;雞肉條唔少,好健康無脂肪,口感好淋。我覺得今日三款湯粉都各有千秋。食物保持一貫水準,中上環返工人仕可一試。 continue reading
