為了慶祝朋友的生日,特意選了這間優雅而富有情調的餐廳。這裡的環境非常適合慶祝,還有戶外座位,讓人可以悠閒地享用美食和飲品,感受輕鬆的氛圍。美食精緻可口,帶來浪漫的用餐體驗。Chefs Tasting $498 x236-Months Iberico Jamon先來火腿界的天花板,36個月的伊比利火腿,肉質細膩油潤,散發著誘人的鹹香,每一口都是幸福的滿足,搭配香脆的蕃茄多士,清新可口。Southern Seas - Scallop Ceviche刺身級帶子肥美鮮嫩,以檸汁醃製酸甜開胃,加上蔥油香茅醋汁和牛油果慕絲,層次豐富,超好味。Perfectly Pink-ish - Gambas - Sweet Prawns蒜油煮的大虎蝦肉質彈牙,蒜香四溢。Dos Dias Patatas薯仔千層糕外層酥脆,內裡鬆軟,口感特別,令人印象深刻。Pan-seared Foie Gras on Buttered Brioche with Fig Jam +$88香煎鵝肝厚切,表面金黃酥脆,入口即溶,搭配香甜的無花果醬和脆多士,讓人回味無窮。QM Signature Suckling Pig乳豬皮脆肉嫩,搭配香甜的南瓜蓉,有效中和了油膩感,還有西班牙青椒和薯角,讓整道菜誠意十足。Signature Seafood Paella Barcelona巴塞隆納海鮮飯,飯粒鮮味十足,焦香四溢,海鮮足料,青口、蜆肉、魷魚、大蝦等皆見,水準不俗。Crema Catalana奶凍入口軟滑,焦糖風味濃郁,好高質。Chocolate Lava Cake with Banana & Caramel Ice-cream +$108心太軟外層脆口,內裡流心的朱古力漿濃郁香滑,令人陶醉。搭配香蕉雪糕,散發著迷人的蕉香,讓人一口接一口,回味無窮。Basque Burnt Cheesecake巴斯克蛋糕口感綿密,甜而不膩,搭配酸甜的紅莓雪葩,讓人感到清新解膩,為今晚的美好餐點畫下完美的句號。

星期日終於有機會和老公到中環Quiero Más 吃Weekend BrunchHK$338 一位 有4款 TAPAS + MAIN + SWEET FINALE部分菜式要另加 HK$38-782 小時Free Flow Package HK$218 ppTAPAS 我們每款一碟, 可以試哂8 款!Tapas的好處就是可以樣樣試少少🦪Fresh Fine de Claire Oyster 我們一致認為的MVP,生蠔非常新鮮,鮮甜味美,蠔味濃郁亦有點Creamy 👍🏻🦵🏾Spanish Cold Cuts and Cheese with Crystal Tomato Bread估不到的驚喜😍份量很多,風乾黑毛豬火腿肉質柔軟,保留到充足油分,鹹香惹味👍🏻佐酒一流😋蕃茄麵包好香脆,酸甜開胃❗️必點‼️🪿Pan-seared Foie Gras on Buttered Brioche with Fig Jam正常發揮,鵝肝尚算肥美,不過就未煎出入口即溶的那種質感,但味道是很好的🥑Scallop Ceviche, Avocado Mousse, Lemongrass-Vinaigrette帶子刺身好爽甜,配牛油果蓉、香茅醋汁,感覺清新🍤Gambas, Garlic-Chilli PrawnsTapas必食!蒜油蝦好好食🤩好大隻虎蝦,蝦頭有好多鮮甜蝦膏,蝦肉好爽,吸收盡蒜油的精華👍🏻🍟Broken Eggs with Chorizo另一個驚喜,半熟蛋配炒蘑菇加薯條!薯條除了點茄汁之外,這個配搭又好夾啊!好吃🐮Beef Tartare with Crostini他他牛肉新鮮嫩滑,調味用香草、洋蔥、芥辣、鹽和黑椒,調配得恰到好處🐟Barca Hamachi, Heirloom tomatoes, Brioche油甘魚都很新鮮,味道相對牛肉他他就淡了一點,可能先食呢個會好啲來到這個時候都還有胃口食主菜,皆因之前Tapas全部都好開胃🥘Seafood Paella Barcelona (Minimum 2 persons)好有驚喜🤩🤩一上枱就已經聞到好香的海鮮味!個人認為飯🍚是主角,每顆飯粒都被香濃嘅海鮮醬汁滿滿包圍,個飯真的好好食😋😋虎蝦都好爽口彈牙,同樣有好香濃的蝦膏,其他海鮮都好新鮮!必點‼️可能之前的菜式實在太驚艷,甜品個人覺得一般水準🍫Churros with Chocolate Dip已經是即食,可惜唔脆,味道還好🍰Basque Burnt Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis Catalan cream份量就是一小件剛剛好,甜度不算高,味道不錯🍹Virgin Sangria餵母乳的我暫時不適宜飲酒,來杯Virgin Sangria 同樣有Feel 😎個底用咗葡萄汁加Sparkling Water,浸住不同水果,好好飲👍🏻🍹Salted Sweet and Sour 杯邊塗上海鹽,酸酸甜甜的新鮮西柚汁,混合百里香及梳打,味道清新,不過我還是鐘意Virgin Sangria 多點餐廳環境好靚,景觀好開揚,好像還望到動植物公園的部份山景!除了有室內座位,天台還有一個露天的小型酒吧區!唔落雨坐上去應該幾chill嘅

想在中環吃飯都談不上便宜或性價比高的,不過這間就在蘭桂芳附近的樓上餐廳在週末的時候就會提供Brunch的套餐,性價比比想像中的還要高,前菜都很有驚喜!還包括了甜品呢!Weekend Brunch(338元/人)Tapas(任選4款)Spanish Cold Cuts and Cheese with Crystal Tomato Bread挺豐富的一個拼盤,有幾款辣肉腸,芝士和火腿,再配上蕃茄多士,吃起來味道鹹香,又有不同的口感,令人回味。Scallop Ceviche, Avocado Mousse, Lemongrass- Vinaigrette這個聽店員說是人氣挺高的一款,鮮嫩的帆立貝配上蔥油,炸洋蔥碎,莞茜,青紅椒等調味,很有地中海風味,入口又鮮甜又有油香,味道豐富,又有牛油果增加綿滑的口感。Gambas, Garlic-Chilli Prawns西班牙菜挺常見的一款牛油蒜蓉大蝦,調味非常濃香,蝦肉爽滑彈牙,麵包吸飽湯汁來吃特別香!Broken Eggs with Chorizo溫泉蛋加上炸薯條的組合,雖然簡單,但味道不錯,薯條新鮮炸起,外脆內軟的,沾上蛋汁後,多了一份嫩滑的口感!本身撒了點辣粉來調味。Fresh Fine de Claire Oyster (2pcs) (+78元)蠔非常新鮮,口感偏脆嫩的,蠔味特別突出,海水味濃。Pan-seared Fole Gras on Buttered Brioche with Fig Jam (+88元)鵝肝煎得焦嫩,配上解膩的新鮮無花果和鬆軟的牛油麵包,滿口都是油香!The Main EventQM Signature Suckling Pig, Pumpkin Puree, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Jus乳豬經過慢煮後再經過焗香焗脆,吃起來外脆內嫩的,而且有豐富的肉汁,陣陣的豬肉香!Dry-Aged Wagyu Bavette, Mashed Potato, Sauteed Spinach (+48元)用的是比較少見的牛腰肉,煎得約五成熟,吃起來非常嫩滑多汁,而且沒有油膩的感覺,醬汁亦非常濃香!另外配的薯蓉鹹香幼滑,蘆筍脆嫩。A Sweet FinaleChurros with Chocolate Dip濃濃的肉桂香的西班牙油條,口感外脆內鬆軟,味道不會太甜。Basque Burnt Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis芝士蛋糕綿滑,芝士士味濃,配上酸甜的樹莓醬解膩。Vigin Sangria (98元)喝起來有點像雜果濱治,味道酸酸甜甜的,有水果的香甜,邊喝邊吃的!Lychee Green (98元)荔枝味特別的香甜,而且有大量的果肉。
