Prepare to embark on a unique culinary journey that will transport you back in time to the charming old days of Hong Kong. Allow me to introduce you to Shui Kee, a hidden gem nestled in a steep alley where you can experience the nostalgic vibes of yesteryears.💭 During my recent visit, I couldn't resist indulging in their signature dish - the Beef Offal Wonton Noodle Soup. Priced at an affordable $51, this bowl of perfection truly captured the essence of old Hong Kong flavors. The beef offal, sourced fresh from the slaughterhouse each morning, infused the broth with a rich and comforting taste. The wontons were expertly crafted, reminiscent of the authentic flavors of the past.⏰ Now, let's talk about the ambiance. Picture yourself stepping into a steep alley, where time seems to stand still. As you make your way to Shui Kee, you'll be greeted by a rustic setting that evokes the nostalgia of old Hong Kong. The outdoor seating, shaded by a traditional roof, adds to the charm, allowing you to savor your meal while immersing yourself in the atmosphere of a bygone era.
