睇完香港早晨,日日朝早九半就賣哂嘅招牌三文治,地道嘅野,你懂的。呢間鐵皮茶記,每朝八點開舖,下午一點幾就 last order喇!呢度仲有幾張枱,目測甘幾個位。老闆男士煮內,老闆娘主外。PND一坐落,老闆娘就話要等35分鐘,當然要等啦,一路等,仍然都係咁多潮友嚟「晨早朝聖」,神奇。呢度必食嘅炒蛋雙拼三文治烘底 雙拼通常都係揀一款肉,芝士呢,好難唔揀囉。五香肉丁/咸牛肉,我就揀咗正氣少少嘅咸牛肉,烘底唔使錢。$36配熱飲,加咗杯香滑熱奶茶。等咗 35分鐘,終於有野食喇!熱辣辣咸牛肉加蛋煎成一餅有厚度而脆身嘅肉餡,配埋甜甜地嘅花生醬,仲有一塊塊嘅椰菜,麵包脆脆地好香口。呢個配搭,確係經典! continue reading
