「空中飛人」朋友短暫留港,為遷就佢,是次飯局定在機場。似曾相識的情景,話說十多年前,有領導在港轉機,老闆為佢設宴,正正是在機場富豪酒店的紅軒。上次係應酬飯局,今回是朋友約會,依家當然吃得更舒適自在。廢話小講,單刀直入講嘢食。先來四小碟,款款都是我喜綠的食物。叉燒用上黑毛豬,鬆化而邊邊位帶點脂香,烤夫從來是我喜歡的上海小吃,海蜇花做得爽脆,紅油抄手是偏廣東式的做法,然而味道都幾好。朋友成日飛,湯水比較小,所以是晚餐單上也加入了湯品,係虎茸菌螺頭燉雞,清甜到一個點,我也喝得一滴不剩。接住嚟既呢味,是要手刀叉食的濃汁原件花膠,幾厚身,口感唔錯,結合濃郁的汁醬,滋補養顏,女士們應該超中意。麒麟蒸斑球是我喜歡的做法,魚皮膠質豐富,魚肉結實,配上的金華火腿和冬菇,亦令整件事生色不少。開始有點涼意,大家即追加個雙冬羊腩煲。滾呀滾,連皮帶伕的羊腩沾上腐乳最合心,再吃件冬菇冬筍跟淮山,食完好暖身。單尾就來個腊味糯米飯,口感好又入味,酒店出品要更矜貴,加入了櫻花蝦,好吃。熊貓最近大行其道,酒店甜品也特意炮製造型,包括熊貓黑白奶凍,與及糯米糍,兩樣都好可愛,尤其是是前者,有點不忍切開咁得意既趴地熊貓。嘢食總體唔錯,環境更加寧靜舒服,不失為開餐的好地方。

今日同幾個朋友到機場做嘢咁啱講開近排熱話🐼👶🏻👶🏻!跟住同朋友話不如去紅軒食晏我當然話好啦!(事關早排做咗會員😜),坐低冇幾耐,侍應就推介今期做緊「懷舊菜」同埋啱啱推出有幾款有關🐼點心、甜品分別係:金絲🦀肉乾絲卷(咸)、甜品係🐼奶黃流沙包、🐼熊貓黑白奶凍、🐼糯米糍,朋友話試晒幾款,咁唯有叫少啲點心🤭🤭,食飽其他,到上甜品啦😋,見到黑白奶凍真係好逼真成隻懶惰🐼扒響度好搞笑(有點硬)侍應解釋話如果做硬少少好難令到咁神似😝,🐼奶黃流沙包非常流心,糯米糍入邊係開心果碎做餡👍🏼5甜。估5到點心師傅都好有心思製作,祈待下次睇下有咩新推介😜😜🥳

前兩日諗起舊同學原來係呢間餐廳嘅總㕑,冇見咁耐,就約埋幾個人一齊拜會佢,我感覺好似當我哋係貴賓一樣,一級享受😊我有試佢啲點心,用料新鮮,而且食落去有好多驚喜,最欣賞佢嘅乳鴿,炸得一啲都唔乾,非常入味,有試過佢既豬頸肉同叉燒,春卷都有兩款,仲有個龍仔飯,因為多數都係廚師拍板,所以我都唔係咁記得啲菜名,淨係知道好好味😂因為舊同學聚會,又有得食,又有得吹水,係一個好好嘅體驗,下次聚會,首選一定係呢間👍

同老公、朋友入去機場諗住接個老朋友機,去到仲有好多時間剩,所以就去紅軒試一試,因為之前聽朋友講過呢間嘢食都唔錯,於是我哋就走咗去呢間紅軒試下啦!點知真係出乎我哋意料之外,食品質素非常之高,首先講吓呢個乳鴿先啦,完全冇諗過可以加胡椒去整非常之香同惹味👍🏻!另外我哋仲叫咗叉燒,嘩!好耐都冇食過啲咁好食嘅叉燒,軟腍腍加燶邊,好有以前細細個喺酒樓食過叉燒嘅風味!廚房煮出嚟呢碟牛河都十分之有水準,唔會好似出面食到嗰啲咁油膩,一咀都係油,一絕👍🏻!甜品方面我哋仲叫咗煎堆同埋蛋撻仔,同樣都係好好味,煎堆脹卜卜好脆,好耐都冇食過啲咁高質素嘅食品啦,推薦俾大家,有機會去開一定要試吓👍🏻😋👍🏻

同老公係機場附近揾食,行下行下去左富豪機場酒店紅軒,嗰度個環境好,寧靜乾淨坐得舒服。見到menu 有黑豚义燒,即時食指大動,好想食燒味。叉燒非常好食,食得出豬肉選料靚,同平時嘅叉燒有明顯分別。燒腩仔皮脆係必要,但連啲肉都可以係我口入面好似慢慢溶化咁,一定要有啲燒烤嘅功夫先做到咁嘅肉質。主菜要咗碟乾炒牛河,好夠火喉但又唔油,大廚用左湯河炒,湯河比普通炒河難炒,粉質更滑更薄正大厨好功力。最後甜品叫咗mini蛋撻仔。係我鍾意食嘅牛油皮,個皮有香濃嘅牛油味,蛋香甜味恰到好處,其實size可以一啖一件, 但係我細分咗兩啖食, 因為咁先可以感受到佢蛋味同埋個皮混合埋一齊嘅整體味道。
