遊澳門無理由不吃葡國菜,是晚便試了這間富仕。餐廳有2層,我們被安排於樓上一層用膳。最初只有我們一枱,非常清靜,像包場一樣,後來便坐滿了食客。我們點了羅宋湯,葡國雞,檸檬煮蜆,炒椰菜及葡國黑啤。當中以葡國雞最美味,不會太濃味,雞亦有鮮味,不錯。 continue reading

🇲🇴去澳門不想再到一些人流密集的手信街的葡式餐廳,所以就上網做做功課,發現了這家不少澳門人都會光顧的家庭式葡式餐廳🍴。餐廳有兩層,不過只有幾張枱,所以一定要先預約,我今次就預早在IG預約,到埗後早了半小時,已經6時多應該可以早點進去吧,怎料非常full booking,一定要等到約定時間。食物方面性價比算高,我們每人再叫了一杯飲品,人均才$206。而且聽到不少食客都提到是再去光顧的。🚩芥末燒羊鞍值得一試,我雖然不太喜歡芥末,但與羊鞍的味道很夾,而且肉質鮮嫩,吃下去不會太乾,燒得很好。🚩鮮忌廉焗薯馬介休 $118這個真的是必吃,首先焗薯已經很好吃,而加入了馬介休球口感更上一層,感覺有點煙靭。🚩富仕燒雞釀飯 $148雞肉算不錯,也挺入味的,不過炒飯就有點普通,是不過不失的菜式。🚩蔬菜這個蔬菜千萬不要點,葡汁味道沒有太入味,而且份量很少。當時是有一位店員不停落力推銷這道菜,才想說試試看,怎料是最遜色的一道到菜式。然後又聽到那位店員推銷另一枱客人吃這道菜,那枱客人跟她說:上次吃過不好吃的。🫣🚩木糠布甸 $38這個木糠布甸非常高質,亦是必點的一道甜品,它的口感很軟熟,但不會很漏,不會太甜。適逢朋友生日,只要預早跟餐廳說,便能加插一個生日牌☺️。 continue reading

今次同另外3個朋友到澳門2日1夜, 朋友曾經黎過呢度食過野想再食過, 幾經艱辛比我地搵返間餐廳位置, 不過去到個陣已經滿座, 要等1個鐘多先有位, 所以唯有周圍行行再返黎。入到去發現原來佢有2層, 咁都正常d, 如果唔係真係做唔到幾多生意。雖然就算有第2層都唔叫大, 但都坐得舒服。葡式薯蓉青菜湯 - 個湯好特別同好味道, 雖然加左薯蓉係個湯入面, 唔會令到佢好杰, 但又有薯蓉gei口感葡式白酒檸檬炒蜆 - 個檸檬汁真係fresh好開胃, 不過d蜆個味怪怪地, 唔係腥味, 或者可能係海水味太重, 我個人本身對呢類異味係好sensitive, 所以個蜆我1般般燒德國鹹豬手配黑椒醬汁 - 個豬手燒得過火, 太乾, d肉都榎榎地燒雞釀飯 - 呢個好食, 除左雞個皮烤到好適中好脆, 入面d飯係帶有甜味gei番茄飯, 明顯唔係普通茄汁煮出黎。其實我好鍾意食, 只比4分係因為如果佢d雞肉唔夠嫩口芥末燒羊鞍 - 個人認為個芥末同個羊唔太夾, 雖然d羊唔太有羶味, 不過我都覺得麻麻地鮮忌廉薯蓉焗馬介休 - 果然係呢度gei主打名菜之1, 佢個忌廉唔會好重, 唔會搶左本身薯蓉個味道, 但又可以令到薯蓉本身個質感滑左。而且第1啖食馬介休落口我以為自己食緊蟹肉, 當然再咀嚼之下係食得出分別。最後個staff送左碟野比我地, 起初我地以為係甜品, 點知最後發現係春卷, 呢樣送gei野就唔會有太大驚喜, 但澳門gei staff好多都好nice, 會令到客人食得更開心 continue reading

以前試過很多推薦的葡國餐廳,但總是失望而回。食物種類大同小異,口感味道只是交了功課,絕對不會再次光顧或介紹給朋友。今次,終於找到一間值得回味的餐廳。菜色非常有特色,令人一試難忘。忌簾和薯蓉混在一起,但沒有一點油膩的感覺,內裡充滿了很多馬介休絲,即時添上了葡國特色。即叫即焗,是一客值得等待的美食。二人份量,剛剛好。芥末配羊鞍原本也不是什麼新穎菜,但如此軟綿綿的羊鞍,便是其特色。芥末味不太重,沒有搶鼻的感覺,但卻蓋過了羊肉的羶味。將飯釀入雞內,有點似感恩節的火雞,功夫雖然比較多,燒雞皮也脆,可惜飯就平平無其。可能是因為冰鮮雞,飯未能吸收雞的精華,而錦上添花。 continue reading

好耐冇去過澳門,但每次去到澳門一定會食依間葡國餐廳!佢唔係位於非常popular同方便嘅地區,但都真係多人到要預約先食到,所以話係隱世美食😍!自己最鍾意食嘅就係鮮忌廉焗薯蓉馬介休,薯蓉超級creamy,焗完之後非常香,加埋馬介休落去真係超好味,食到停唔到口!其次最難忘嘅係wasabi羊架,第一次食真係會有味覺嘅衝擊,因為平時wasabi同羊架真係好少會擺埋一齊食。但係佢就係意外地match,羊嘅蘇味同wasabi合出黎真係有講唔出嘅好味! continue reading
