To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日陪阿媽睇汪明荃演唱會，因唔夠時間就諗住就近食碗粉，我食咗窩蛋鮮茄豬膶牛肉湯米，難死到想嘔🤮三片超薄又細件硬豬膶，冇豬膶味，超碎又細片嘅牛肉唔知搵咩醃完全食唔出係牛肉，完全係豬潲品質一定冇下次，阿媽食酸菜魚，佢話唔好食，我冇試過不評論

睇演唱會前梗要醫醫肚，幸好早到好快就有位，經apps點了以下食物：- 香菇貢丸紫菜淮山麵：個名已經請講曬有咩材料，貢丸係幾好食，唔係全部貢丸都好食，喱間都唔錯，淮山麵跟非油炸嘅麵口感差唔多，所以冇咩油，感覺上都比其他麵類較健康，而且份量都唔少，跟出邊買冇太分別，為了填肚子清清地夠飽就算，上餐速度正常，落單後15分鐘內就到齊。不過朋友餐出錯左同職員講返，都跟左2次先完成，希望之後佢地會做返好跟足啲!!

去開呢頭食餐快繁，不過呢個商場都冇乜嘢好食，行過湯加，不如求其食返啲安全簡單野，好過挑戰新店，試伏失敗就無謂😏豉汁炆鱸魚，條魚有少少鞋，未至於10分出色，煲入邊配料都多，唔會剩係得條魚食，以70幾蚊來講，都可以接受金銀蛋豬肉加菜，湯底少少鹹，送飯跟面都OK嘅加個魚湯浸娃娃菜，覺得呢個魚湯好飲國芥菜嗰個湯，所以最後都係呢個送飯間鋪啲職員就冷淡啲，可能員工比較少，都唔係容易叫到個人過嚟，不過連鎖店都唔會期望有熱情服務😏
