今晚好想食串燒,但又想留係屋企煲劇,所以就去咗觀塘嘅一間工廈裡面買串燒外賣。肉類好多,如果有多啲海鮮揀就好喇。另外啲串燒可以自由揀辣度。鹽燒海虎蝦($28/隻)- 爽口彈牙,加咗辣更惹味。燒翠玉瓜($15/串)- 燒後勁juicy唔錯燒秋葵($15/串)- 秋葵咁健康,每次食串燒我都會嗌。因為夠爽口入味。海鹽燒牛舌($30/串)- 有2舊幾掋食,同燒到個面脆脆地。王牌燒雞中翼($18/串)- 戰然得2隻,但燒得入味之餘啲雞肉仲好好嫩滑多汁。爽口黑毛豬頸肉($18/串)- 估唔到呢個有驚喜,好爽口!新疆燒羊架($55/支) - 呢個有啲貴,但燒得好入味,又唔韌。 continue reading

疫情幾個月都冇得揼骨,返工返到攰,於是去左觀塘工業區一間按摩店!按完都成9點左右,就同朋友睇下有冇野食,因為我地都餓啦!行到5樓,見到呢間舖營業中….即刻入左去舖頭唔算好大,裝修簡單,但渗透住日系風,老闆應該都係鍾意日本🇯🇵講返d野食先🥰🥰佢哋全部野都可以揀唔辣或唔同辣度,岩曬唔同既口味,同朋友食完,我仲外賣返去俾屋企人試❤️❤️燒茄子🍆首先茄子係超級大條,佢哋既醬汁完全滲咗入去茄肉到,食落好夠味,唔會齋係面嗰d調味料同肉分開咁…勁推介😋😋燒菠蘿🍍呢個都係我食燒肉平時必叫,因為好開胃,又消滯。估唔到燒烤佬都有,意外驚喜!佢哋既菠蘿係超厚切起初擔心會好酸,點知食落好酸甜,超正👍👍一口牛牛既質感食落好嫩口,肉質一d都唔會鞋口,都好食😋不過如果再燒焦d我會更鍾意❤️牛舌呢個無得頂,相對一口牛,佢燒到岩岩好,黑椒再配合埋少少焦香,咬落肉汁非常juice,好香👍鴨胸呢個都係極度推介👍因為鴨胸燒到外脆內軟,一口咬落去,好似成個口腔充滿油脂香 continue reading

晚市終於開返啦,又好耐無食串燒,因為串燒如果外賣既話始終無堂食咁正。今日去左觀塘成業工業大廈呢間串燒佬食串燒。燒肉又叫啲、蔬菜又叫啲,同朋友吹水慢慢食。串燒我好怕燒到乾爭爭,但呢度唔會呀,掂。有幾個3個辣度同唔辣揀,我全部都試哂少辣。韮菜、四季豆、秋葵、露筍,燒得整理靚仔,啲蔬菜好新鮮,唔會有渣。脆皮雞翼尖好過癮,自己落辣粉,shake兩 shake 食得,雞翼尖又脆又香。肉就叫左川辣雞脾肉、野味燒牛肉、炭燒黑豚肉、皇牌燒雞中翼 、爽口燒豬頸肉同燒爽口牛丸,啲肉全部都好嫩,調味適中,好惹味,好滿意。 continue reading
