今日逛荔枝角,食西餐。來到D2,見這間門面寬闊,玻璃窗通透,望入去雅致企理,於是入去食個午餐。打開餐牌,選擇頗多。午市套餐全包最抵食,另一個朋友則點了招牌pizza和蔬菜。set lunch (包頭盤、主菜和飲品)頭盤可選沙律或餐湯:沙律:煙燻鴨胸沙律有驚喜!除了火箭菜、紅洋蔥都很新鮮外,還加了烤梨,又甜又爽,配香醋汁,非常開胃。另外鴨胸是已經切走鴨皮和脂肪的,誠意十足。餐湯:南瓜湯,香甜幼滑,熱度又夠。主菜:地中海香料烤比目魚($148)比目魚煎得好靚,魚皮香脆,白白的魚肉非常嫩滑。魚皮上的韭蔥絲切得幼細,連同魚肉一起食,好好味。主食是中東小米,與粟米粒和黑橄欖碎煮熟,好營養。意式蟹肉珍珠意粉($158)fregola珍珠意粉不是常吃到,這間餐廳做得不錯。珍珠意粉吸飽了蟹湯,香甜又煙韌。略嫌炸軟殼蟹份量比較少。甜品(+$28):Tiramesù 口感軟滑,咖啡味濃郁,set lunch加錢好抵。選了薄餅的那位朋友這時有點羨慕了,哈哈。招牌鬼馬「豬」意薄餅($138/8吋)鬼馬之處是有手撕豬手肉和炸豬皮,配埋香草肉腸、烤甜椒和水牛芝士,口感很豐富。餅底厚薄適中,煙韌,不錯。西蘭花苗($58)即是長柄西蘭花,清甜爽脆。 continue reading

因為原先訂的餐廳落錯訂位,故此轉場到此店用餐。忌廉湯確實很大碗,然而不論溫度或奶滑度皆為不足,不能完成。巴馬臣火腿勁鹹,沙律菜的醬汁又少,沒有鮮香的油酸去中和火腿的鹹意。煎吞拿魚更加把鬼,好似未煎過,甚麼酸豆、蘿蔔片、蔥條起不到任何作用,反而豉油卻又超鹹!軟殼蟹的炸粉奇厚,蟹香欠奉。包同樣奇厚,卻又烘得不夠脆,沙律醬又不足,令致整個漢堡十分乾涸,難以接受。唯一可取的乃是那一大堆的薯條,夠熱夠脆,但重點應該放在那個漢堡身上吧!封門牛柳要了三成熟,奈何未知是肉的質數或是甚麼問題,肉靭油多,兼且青醬亦是無味的,感覺就是瘋狂咀嚼著一舊無味的肉!在別的餐廳,起碼會放一小撮鹽在旁邊供客人蘸點,可能廚師信心爆棚吧。純粹以大堆頭去填滿肚子的一餐。 continue reading

今日嚟到荔枝角D2 Place搵嘢食, 見到意大利餐廳, 暫時見唔係好多人,於是諗住入去試吓, 見到價錢牌佢冇dinner set , 單點其實都幾貴,佢一份牛肉都要358如果豬肉平少少288左右,但佢肉都唔係特別好食, 中規中矩, 反而佢嘅Pizza同意粉價錢比較正常, 所以想實惠啲建議都可以揀一份意粉或者Pizza或者飯, 如果想只食肉的話就叫一份好了因為價錢也不便宜可以有更好的選擇, 肉的話佢有配薯條薯條都好食的! continue reading
