今日同朋友聚舊,去咗旺角嘅一間燒烤店餐牌上面有好多唔同款式嘅肉類選擇,十分豐富😋入到座見到一舊物體吊喺天花板上面,以為係暖燈,點知原來係紙巾🤣✨夜市炒飯✨炒飯採用濕炒方式,加上粟米、椰菜同辣椒,十分惹味不過真係有啲辣🥵✨串燒類✨叫咗牛五花趾、美國牛肩肉、雞皮同雞軟骨,每款都曬上辣粉同孜然粉,調味適中牛五花趾比較薄,比較普通;牛肩肉反而就好厚肉,唔錯;最欣賞雞軟骨同雞皮,雞軟骨好脆口,雞皮十分重油香🤤燒菠蘿都唔錯,超級多汁😋😋茄子超級大條,撕開佢一絲絲療癒🤪🤪✨海鮮類✨生蠔同扇貝雖然比較細隻,但係都好新鮮,用蒜蓉同辣椒調味,啖啖肉😀總括而言,一間好平民化嘅燒烤店😋 continue reading

喺新寶睇完戲喺隔離搵嘢食 見到這間燒烤店就入去坐低食下野時間尚早所以唔使等位每張枱上都有個布袋仔原來係包紙巾,呢個設計都幾貼心 舉起手就拎到紙巾掃qr code落單都好方便朋友一嚟到就見到藍妹生啤買一送一燒翠玉瓜, 仍然好juicy燒烤店係一定要叫燒矮瓜大大份食完都係唔夠喉燒土豆, 別有一番風味燒菠蘿, 上面仲有一啲焦糖,食落脆身夠甜烤美國牛肩肉五串先至45蚊好抵食朋友一見到炸饅頭就話要食睇相都知好夠脆最尾想叫多少少碳水化合物,就叫咗這個夜市炒飯, 都幾特別,有少少羊肉的騷味朋友一見到雪櫃有玻璃樽裝可樂又話要叫我就見到這個朱古力煉奶麻薯, 我覺得有少少似糍粑感覺, 煙煙靭靭皮脆內軟整體覺得餐廳通風整體都覺得好好,食完成身唔會有陣油煙味,坐得都好舒服 continue reading
