很多人喜歡去Outback的原因也是因為他最有代表性的黑糖麵包,我們也不例外每次來到這間餐廳,最想吃的就是這個黑糖麵包。每次吃到這個熱辣辣的黑糖麵包也不會令人失望,不過其他的食物我就覺得意粉就一般而已。不過有部份食物也不錯的。今次我們點選了以下兩種食物都是跟餐的,有餐廳和飲品。🌟雞肉芝士夾餅我很喜歡這個雞肉芝士夾餅,因為外面非常香脆,內有拉絲芝士和雞肉,這個配搭非常美味,不過薯條就略嫌乾一點,每次我們也不會吃完。🌟黑椒火炙吞拿魚沙律這個黑椒吞拿魚生果本身很難不好吃的,因為只是沙律醬和沙律汁配搭新鮮蔬菜牛油果等等加上火炙吞拿魚,味道確是不錯,不過略嫌188的價格有點兒貴。餐湯方面,我試過這個蘑菇粟米湯不錯,不過上次的蕃茄湯就真的很難飲。 continue reading

第一次食outback,老實講,一定唔會回頭期待已久嘅黑糖麥包,中規中矩,冇咩驚喜,未好食到想無限添食似提子包湯已經係最好飲,夠濃味,多菇睇食評多人講牛扒一般,於是揀左「豪華海陸拼盤」,係一個二人套餐。可惜十分失望,因為基本上得比目魚係有溫度其餘食物都只係超級微暖,肉質係有,但唔夠熱既食物擺落肚感覺好差,有咩可能連薯條都唔熱要求唔算高,覺得完全對唔住呢個價錢($680未加一)冇野補充希望只係分店問題,但多數唔會再去其他分店 continue reading

早3星期前,就已透過電話方式book左位,要求座近窗口卡位,並說明當天是食生日飯的。9/12(星期一)晚,去到旺角新世紀廣埸,入左去坐近窗口卡位,安排上滿意,可能係晚上6點鐘,唔算太多人,環境昏暗,幾有情調。做緊優惠套餐牌:揀左D.美國頂級牛扒拼龍蝦尾(二位用)原價$980信用卡優惠(一至四)$686套餐包括:黑糖麥包>唔錯餐湯>都彼濃沙律菜>清新芝士白汁燒蝦寬麵>比夠96分,啲燒蝦中型size及有約8隻美國肉眼/紐約牛扒>揀左紐約牛扒7成熟用鐵板上,所以唔好叫全熟叫左個炸洋葱$98,炸得鬆脆,因只有2人食,食唔晒要打包我都係第一次食到有成約10cm大嘅朱古力馬卡龍+雲厘拿雪糕球+生日牌仔,太出乎意外,好鐘意吖 continue reading

黑糖包曾經為咗Outback無限任添嘅黑糖包而幫襯,相隔一排再嚟,黑糖包已經冇當初咁好食了,覺得偏甜。不過,熱辣辣黑糖包配上自家製牛油這個經典配搭仍然好正🥖澳洲和牛紐約牛扒牛扒竟然比沙律早到。牛扒上碟時,好似出面啲扒房咁連餐碟都係熱㗎,確實抵讚。伴碟嘅薯條都夠熱,但係唔夠脆,麥當勞薯條仲好食。塊扒嗌咗五成熟,好明顯Overcooked。塊扒有筋,所以食落好韌😮‍💨炸蘑菇成餐最滿意就係炸蘑菇!炸粉唔厚,炸完仍然保持蘑菇嘅水份,感覺清新不油膩🍄香煎黑椒日式黃鯨吞拿魚沙律沙律菜品種好多,不過切得有啲碎,啲菜有點霉,感覺不太新鮮。不過,牛油果生熟程度剛剛好!至於主角吞拿魚,份量非常多,不過黑椒味太重,食落有點辣。沙律配有兩個醬汁(千島醬和酸酸的汁),兩個都麻麻哋。其實簡簡單單落橄欖油和黑醋, 效果可能會更好🥗食食吓,經理行過嚟問我哋覺得食物如何,我哋反映返塊扒唔係我哋嗌嘅5成熟,經理主動話幫重新整過一份🫢 聽到經理咁樣回應,覺得好surprise,因為出面好多餐廳聽完意見通常答你:「哦,會幫你同廚房反映吓」,之後不了了之。所以,今時今日遇到呢種服務態度確實難得👏🏻第二次上碟嘅牛扒終於係五成熟啦!不過,肉質仍然係好韌...感覺員工服務和廚房已盡力,係食材嘅問題吧😥雖說係steak house,Outback已經大不如前了。牛扒唔掂,竟被其他菜式反客為主。 continue reading
