To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無意間俾我喺OpenRice搵到呢間旺角新開嘅印尼菜印尼菜喺香港比較罕有🇮🇩鍾意試新嘢嘅我同朋友們即管幫大家試吓我同朋友夾過之下,個個都揀食串燒😂▶️ 沙嗲雞肉串配飯團 ($79)三串雞肉串燒🐔烤得外層焦脆內裏juicy雞肉帶適量油脂,拆出嚟都幾多肉勁多醬汁,味道鹹鹹甜甜好惹味,有啲似日式照燒汁添旁邊嘅沙嗲醬比港式沙嗲醬杰身,落足花生粒🥜忍唔住點多幾下飯團好特別,有別於概念裏日式嗰隻食落口感似黐埋咗既白飯🍚唔係用糯米飯整,冇預期中質感好咬本身冇味,幸好面頭加咗大量炸蒜,同時配沙嗲醬汁成就啱返最後加上大量印尼蝦片,入口脆卜卜,本身啱啱地,夠香口-味道幾好食😋勝在夠濃味且正宗見隔籬枱啲燒/炸雞斑斕飯幾靚仔份量啱啱好,晚餐套餐包基本飲品不過上菜速度有待改善🥶等咗超過半個鐘先上。。。明明同朋友同時間落單服務唔係唔好,但俾人感覺求其馬虎,好似好多嘢都冇咩所謂咁價錢以呢款菜式黎講偏貴少少🤏🏻唔少印尼工人姐姐黎幫襯添 continue reading
