澳門超級紅的咖喱牛腩 是老字號印象最深刻的 就是這裏辣 真材實料人均幾十元 性價比不錯一般人建議 微辣 咖喱牛腩飯 $48都係屬於平價 甚至平過唔少快餐店招牌菜「祖傳咖喱牛腩」我覺得辣少少會好食啲 。味道同喺澳門食分別唔大如果唔鍾意食辣 可以揀滷水汁 當然咖喱會比較惹味-另外 推薦呢度嘅麵食,因為呢度嘅都叫做「橡筋粗」「橡筋幼」麵條有彈性另外仲可以加配料好似一般車仔麵咁-牛腩香經過長時間的炖煮 入味又可以保留到本身的咀嚼感份量完全對得住呢個價錢如果胃口比較大 可以加餸所以我另外加咗碗餃子 印象中30幾蚊價錢合理 大大隻 食得出係手包唔係.來貨 滿意我就會撈落咖喱一齊食瑞士雞翼 正常發揮 滷水汁唔錯糧尾的好朋友 咖喱牛腩飯 有肉有菜$48 想點 重點,佢幾細心,會分開咖喱汁上因為怕撈埋埋一齊就會 太辣驚喜!我更鍾意食牛筋 但係唔可以食太多如果唔係會好膩 飲品加$9 凍檸茶OK 大杯 continue reading

夜晚餓餓哋又唔想煮飯,入咗間麵店食。餐廳由澳門過嚟,主打咖喱牛腩,另外有多款唔同種類嘅麵食、飯、小食等供應。最多人叫應該係佢哋嘅雙拼麵,可以自行選擇麵條,配菜,醬汁等,唔夠飽嘅亦可以再加麵底同埋主食。雙拼麵要咗河粉,軟硬程度適中,湯底本身無味道,所以一定要選擇醬汁,滷水汁、腩汁、瑞士汁,個人最鍾意後者,味道最濃郁,鹹中帶甜。配料方面有豉汁牛腩同牛筋,牛味突出,唔嚡,牛筋爽口,而且幾入味。必點炸豬扒,炸至酥脆,薄切,鹹香味十足,越食越過癮,一塊絕對唔夠食。菜品方面有蘿蔔同生菜,新鮮,鮮甜,無渣,唔錯。水餃就有兩粒,皮薄餡靚,可以試試。 continue reading

lunch買外賣返office食,行過見到呢間改自己個名做乜乜咖哩,諗住差極有個譜,點知有d嘢原來真係可以差到離哂譜,首先d牛腩又乾又鞋又柴又硬又韌,口感好似食緊湯渣咁,個汁一d咖哩味都冇,又稀又死辣,本人係食得辣之人都接受唔到佢果種唔識形容嘅死竦味,再黎就係咖哩牛腩飯居然冇薯仔而係用咗完全唔啦更嘅生菜墊底,生菜加埋果d唔係咖哩味嘅死辣汁水,一條菜都吞唔落,最後食咗兩啖(如圖)已忍唔住成盒扔咗,之後就餓到放工,本人甚少給差評及絕非浪費食物之人,但差成咁真心有責任提醒下。 continue reading

傳承三代,有70多年歷史嘅澳門咖喱食店,叠記咖喱在香港太子開咗分店,梗係要過嚟試吓!餐廳地方潔淨高雅。主打傳統橡筋面,以及各種以咖喱為主的菜式。如珠如寶麵有多款餸菜:南乳豬手炆至軟淋入味,入口充滿骨膠原。豬皮口感Q彈。豬紅滑溜入味。豬頸肉口感鮮嫩帶脆湯底加左滷水汁,但唔會過咸,橡筋粗吸收湯汁,彈牙又美味!嗱喳麵餸菜更豐富:有豬腸、豬皮、豬紅、魚蛋、蘿蔔、生菜。豬腸乾淨冇異味,炆得夠林好入味。魚蛋彈牙,其他都好入味,橡筋幼沾滿加咗秘製辣汁嘅湯底,辣辣哋超惹味。小食:四寶豬份量都好多。有豬紅、豬皮,豬手、豬軟骨,全部都好入味,尤其係豬軟骨燜得非常入味及軟腍,令人回味無窮。凍華田和凍奶茶都夠味,不會過甜。 continue reading
