已經聽咗好多人講呢一間嘅牛脷係神級水準,今日終於有機會黎會一會佢。我揀咗第二貴嘅本店名物:極味厚切牛舌定食,目測差唔多個個都叫呢一款定食。先聲奪人嘅就係佢嘅份量,真係多到一個點,感覺上一份定食就已經用咗起碼一條牛脷。牛脷嘅外層煎到好香,牛脷心就做到粉紅色啱啱熟,所以咬落唔會覺得好韌。仲會跟多一份咖哩牛脷,似係啲半下欄位唔好浪費所以做埋咖哩佢,呢個會煮得再淋啲。個定食另外仲會跟多一個麵豉湯一碗日式蒸蛋同埋一份沙律菜仲有一小粒甜品,粒甜品都幾好食。 continue reading

今天我經過一家餐廳,看到人潮洶湧,排隊的人數很多,讓我忍不住也跟著排了隊,甚至還沒來得及看餐牌就下了單。後來發現這裡的牛脷飯非常受歡迎,心中充滿了期待。等了不久,我的牛脷飯終於上桌,份量相當驚人!這大塊的牛脷看上去色澤誘人,表面微微焦香,散發出濃郁的肉香味。切開後,裡面的肉質非常juicy,口感鮮嫩,每一口都讓人感受到肉汁的豐盈,真的令人驚喜。這樣的價錢搭配如此豐富的份量,讓我覺得非常划算。牛脷的調味也恰到好處,搭配米飯時更是美味無比,簡直讓人食指大動。可以說,這道人氣牛脷飯不僅讓我滿足了味蕾,還給了我一種超值的享受。總的來說,這次的用餐體驗非常愉快,雖然一開始只是隨意排隊,但卻意外地發現了這道美味的牛脷飯。下次再來的時候,我一定會仔細看看餐牌,嘗試更多的美食! continue reading
